PNC Bank S Centerville Rd, Lancaster

Sort of unbelievable in this day and age. This is 2021. Been in business for years and can honestly say I've never encountered outright rude unprofessional behavior that comes even close. We requested a payoff on monday/tuesday and it's friday and we need settlement to happen today and I called three times and have been been on hold etc and told there is nothing they can do and/or no one's available. Then.....they hang up on me - on purpose:) Then I called back and Galen told me me it was our fault because we should have asked for the loan payoff prior to 4 days. A loan payoff is either 24 hours or instant. Sort of unbelievable.

I went in on a Friday 18 minutes before closing with a damaged debit card. Crystalle welcomed me with a smile! She made it an easy process for replacement and walked me through what I would need to do on my end. I love PNC, but branches can be hit or miss. They really did a great job taking care of me!

Had a unique problem: husband had some checks made out to his biz that he only does 1-2 times a year. We wanted to cash them as he no longer has a biz account at a diff bank. The teller manager Dave was super helpful and got us in to see the branch manager Tony Introna right away. Tony was so kind and helpful. He took care of us in about 15 min. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs. Every time we go in the staff is beyond friendly and helpful!!

Took 45 minutes for the employee to write out a cashiers check. They’re also very condescending if you’re on the younger side and don’t seem to take you seriously. My experience today made me want to close my account with them.

So I walked into this bank trying to cash a work check and one of the tellers that was in there told me I had to have an account to cash the check which I figured but I said my husband has an account here and she said that doesn’t matter you need to make an account this bank is so thirsty for people to make accounts when there was no way I was paying twenty five dollars for an account if the checks a little over a hundred dollars i left this thirsty bank to go to northwest and they told me to just sign the check over to my husband to put it in his account which was perfect and exactly what I needed like Wells Fargo was so desperate for accounts they made fake ones like come on banks 🤷‍♀️

If I leave a review just know this company and the ppl that work here are unprofessional & just straight up rude and ignorant. If your reading this then don’t go & I promise you save a headache. Wouldn’t recommend this bank let alone branch to anyone period.

Recently moved to the area and have had PNc for years. I stopped in several times to this location to try and change my accounts and open another account. I stop in late in the day because I work. What is the point of having the place open until 6 if you’re not going to have anyone there! Always 1 teller and 1 other person and they are always busy. There never seems to be enough help!!!!! I’ve tried to reach out to the manager Sasha and she’s never there and never returns calls! This is not the service I expect from PNC and I plan on taking my accounts to another bank!

This branch is fantastic, my wife and I have been with them since before marriage. They have given us loans, merged accounts and handled our money well. They know us by name when we walk in and they seem to do that with the majority of others that are inside the same time as myself. They made one error once with my wife and I and even though it wasn’t a big deal the sincerity for the inconvenience was great. The poor reviews on here are so absurd I felt inclined to give an actual review from an actual client.

The banking personnel at this location assume the worst about the client. I was asked to leave the lobby that remains unlocked 24-7 and has 24-hr atm machine so that the worker could let out the last customer out of the banking center. The banking staff asked me to leave the lobby through the door! That was impolite and disrespectful. I will not use this location again.

This isn't a Good Bank at all they lie and Steal from your Account not good business needs to be Investigate
