I have found this branch to be incredibly helpful and on top of all situations. One of the employees even came outside to talk to me with a problem I had at another branch.

Every Experience so far has been great. When i first moved to the area they went out of their way to accommodate me. I needed a wire transfer at the last minute due to my mortgage company messing up. I also use the bank weekly for kind of tedious cash withdrawals and they never complain and are always happy to work with me.

Beware of transactions and money mysteriously disappearing from your account. Keep a close watchful eye & take pictures whenever possible. I watch my account everyday and when I brought an issue to their attention where money $347.95 disappeared and the transaction associated with it. They did nothing to assist me, No pymt research, investigation, nothing. In this digital age there should be some kind of record or detail but no, and now I'm out of my money & I'm closing my account immediately. I work too hard for the little money I get so i don't appreciate being ripped off by the institution/ people I trust to hold my money. Just be aware.... these companies are stealing our money & we're not paying enough attention to notice/care!!! WATCH YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY'RE STEALING IT!!!!

Very Bad customer service by Teller, I got there for Wire Transfer at 4:40 pm. At the beginning they were not ready to do it. Finally did it after some hassle, so 2 stars only.

Staff are rude and disrespectful. Used to come here all the time. Won't be back. Terrible customer service

I choose to move accounts here because I trusted family heard great things. Anytime I had a issue or my mom because of cognitive and forgetting things messed deposits up it was handled very well and respectful. However today I called and was talkes to rudly while I was in line at a place to get a gift for my neighbor who is having a ' Furbaby shower' thats right some people choose to rescue adopt a furbaby over dealing with kids or having a kid. I had concern as what teller said was totally different from what the lady on phone said. She couldn't here me well I guess or something and its hard to hear when in a store, regardless to get rude and snippy with "You know this call is being monitored for purposes etc..... I'm like I'm not the one being rude and snippy but the lady on your end was and to try and make me think I'm having an attitude, when I'm just trying to figure stuff out with deposits to multiple accounts. If you don't want to handle phones and be respectful with customers questions then find another job, or another position at this branch no need for the behavior on your end. Anyhow when she finally got stuff figured out she explained the situation on their end and still talking in a manner of (I'm not paid enough or something attitude to do this) Well I can always go elsewhere if thats the case. I lived in Livonia and came out there because my parents are here, still reguardless if great service in the building, doesn't justify the horrible service over phone.

Edit to my previous review. My previous review was based on the old management and staff team. Now my review had changed based on the new management. They've hired a new manager (Ali), and we are not happy with his undertaking. All the staff behavior is different now. He himself is very rude to customers and not very sure of how to do his job. I heard him shout at a customer today who came to access her locker. I have never known a business representative to SHOUT at a customer. I felt this was a geniune throw off from the PNC brand. Not good. Not happy with this branch at all. I hear from lot of others they are not happy as well with the changes to this branch. Old review based on previous management: Best PNC branch so far!

Therese was super accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Im very grateful that she attended me and was able to resolve the issue I was dealing with. Amazing customer service!! Can’t thank you enough.

I love this branch. The tellers and staff go out of their way to be helpful.
