Keaton was tremendously helpful in helping me with quite a difficult time consuming task, and not once showed any signs of stress or annoyance. This branch is far superior to its Scottsdale and Thunderbird location. The manager at the BBVA Scottsdale Thunderbird is very brooding and quite rude, in fact I’d go so far as to say he has an authority complex that has been allowed to bloat to what can only be interpreted as a “little man” with his phantasmal fiefdom he believes he rules over with little to no impunity from upper-management. Go see Keaton.

These employees are the best! They're always so nice and smiling 24/7! I love how they're willing to go out of their way to fix any issues and helped me BIG TIME in my moment of need! They even brought me a cold bottle of water! I highly recommend them!
