PNC Bank Gallia St, Portsmouth

A few days ago i went it to the portsmouth branch. I had hoped to open an account. Unfortunately i didn't bring the right items to do so (my fault entirely). But while i was there i encountered 2 tellers who were generally rude and unhelpful. Michelle and Leanna. My partner banks here and offered to cash my check for me. Michelle and Leanna repeatedly and aggressively spoke over and interrupted my partner until i finally had to ask them both to stop. A manager got involved finally and fixed the situation. I didn't expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from pnc and I'm extremely disappointed. My partner is considering closing their account because of the way Michelle and Leanna treated him.

Mikal Stephenson is an amazing Banker at this location! She took the time to get to know our business and recommended real banking solutions to help us succeed.

These people have been nothing but helpful to me over the years. Many people at the current PNC branch in Portsmouth were with the previous bank of National City. They always been friendly towards me.

tellers do not listen when asked to close accounts

They absolutely suck. We have alot of trouble with them. When you deposite money it somehow disappears. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this so called bank.

They Where helpful nice I would recommend them to some one.

Tired of having to wait for service because someone doesnt want to do their job and wait on customers because they cant seem to get along with them. Its your job to wait on customers. You should do it or find another job
