PM Title is the best in the business. They are local to Columbus, and are true problem solvers. Time and time again, they have been the title company to save a deal, when the original title company fails to pull through. Also, their response times (phone or email) are unmatched!! PM Title made closing on our properties SO EASY! The staff is always polite and thorough. We were given our very clear closing instructions timely and we received reminders as well. The office was beautifully decorated and comfortable, although we didn't have to wait long at all, I wouldn't have minded since we were very comfortable and the team was very hospitable. I have to say this title company went above and beyond for our closing. Our lender said the docs were there they weren’t, but thanks to this awesome team they got what was needed even tho the lender took about and hour and a half to get the docs to them we closed and it was awesome. I found out that my mortgage was incorrect spoke to them today and they are having it corrected. They are amazing!!
