PLS Loan Store E 71st St, Chicago

I recently visited Friday for a loan. The staff there was amazing, kind and straight to the point. When I didn’t have my pay stubs they were kind and allowed me to use their desktop to print any documents they needed. Also, I liked how they had a strong rapport with reoccurring customers which is good for business. I will definitely go back to them if I ever needed a minor loan and highly recommend them if you value wanting good service this is the place to go.

The customer service was great, the teller spoke clearly and was very professional. She explained everything about the loan before allowing me to complete it. It was a pleasure working with this woman.

The pls employees are extremely nice! They greet you the second you walk into the fissility. They take their time with you helping you get exactly what you need! They didn’t try 2 force some huge loan on me they gave me a loan that’s payable! They get you in and out in less than 3 hrs & they also walk you through every payment step by step!

This PLS is terrible. After reserving my loan my debit card was duplicated and charged!!! which was tracked back to this store. Remember when you get a loan they keep all your banking info please be careful! Karma is a MF. All the female workers in this store are ghetto hood rats with no customer service and nasty attitudes!. Hopefully all the other locations are not like this one!

This was my first experience taking out a loan. The process was such an ease ! Cortez & his crew were so diligent. I recommend any and everyone who is in need of a loan to go visit i this location.!

This is the best place to get a loan! The staff is efficient, courteous, and professional. The experience was painless and I didn't feel like I was being judged. The last few loan places I been to made me feel a certain way, as if I was scammer. I had to justify how and why I paid my creditors the way I did but not PLS. They are now my go to store when I need emergency funds.

I have been to this location a couple times when I have had an emergency and the staff has always been professional and treated me with respect and dignity! They make it very clear and upfront about the fees and repayment plans and the hours make it easy for me to make my repayments and not interrupt other parts of my schedule.

Tayshonna was very helpful With process my loan quickly & efficiency! She help with the computer to make sure I got my documents printed out correctly! She # 1

I went to this pls a few weeks ago and surprisingly had a great experience. I will admit I was a little skeptical because of the area but fortunately there were no issues what so ever. I would like to thank the staff for being patient, helpful and thorough (basically explaining the good, the bad and the ugly). The process didn't take too long and I recieved my loan before leaving the store. If needed I would absolutely reapply with pls. Thank you🙂

This location all the employees are awesome, friendly, the make sure you are attended and explained all the process in detail to a lay man terms, All I got for them is just true love because of there professionalism. Great place to go get cash try this location you would regret great staff.
