Awesome Service, was hesitant to go inside for help, but happy I did, Leah took great care of me and reassured me i would be happy with her service and company. I left feeling very happy. Courtney was very helpful through the process as well as fast getting me in and out. She was kind and courteous the entire time. I have never had a bad experience with any of the ladies here, they are very welcoming and quick to assist you.

I have been cashing Checks with PLS check cashing since 2014 I never had a problem with none of the Gary, IN locations when it came down to nothing I needed done. But the PLS in Calumet City, IL always seem to give me a problem I am in y’all system it shows my Illinois address in the system and every other address I ever had in y’all system. Also I review my drivers license number to this specific location all the time. It’s always the (CSR) Customer Service Representative with the Blonde hair that’s of African American decent yes the high yellow light skin young lady always has a attitude because individuals always come in with higher payroll checks then hers. If you don’t like being in the customer service field young lady then I think you need to find another career choice please and thank you!!!

Ms.Ambe took care of me and she had the best customer service of ALL PLS. She took care of me at almost closing time and she took care of business in the most professional manner and she was very fast with my Western Union. As long as Ambe is working at this location I will always bring my business here and refer everyone I know .
