Kevin was extremely organized and well prepared. You could really tell he understands his role and information on the job thoroughly. Being a first time guest at the loan store I was welcomed and treated with the upmost respect. Although the process is nerve wracking being with someone so supportive truly made it that more manageable and with ease.

Kevin was awesome, he gave us an excelent guest service. I can tell that guy deserves a promotion. Hes positive ans have a great energy. He was awesome

Every time I come to This PLS location, The service is outstanding. The Manager Kevyn always has a good word. In fact, I wave at all of the people who work there every time I pass by. He’s pretty amazing; they all are.

I visited the 177 W. Lake location, and I couldn’t have received better service from Roger and Kevyn. Roger went above and beyond to help me solve my short term cash needs. If I ever need to take a loan again, I will definitely visit their location. Service was fast and hassle-free.

I've use this location at 177 w. Lake for loan services many times. Many have come & gone but I've never seen the best, fast, no hassle service when the manager Kevin is there & 2 other representatives Eduardo & Roger that that's usually there as well. All you have to do is bring what is expected of you & then they'll send you on your merry way. Simple 😂
