    The customer service at this location is the BEST. I've been to others but the ladies here Tawanna and Tameka show the customers respect and are very courteous. They also are considerate of they're needs. I love to talk with the ladies and even enjoy paying my bill.😅😅😅

    Pls loan store in westchester is the the best store to go to if you want good professional service and to get in and out. Sharon is always quick and fast with the loan application process and does her best to get you the help you need I would always recommend her store.

    The Westchester PLS Loan Store provides great customer service. Tawanna, Tameka, Ms.Doretha, and Jordan always make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in until the time you leave the store. The reason I come to the store is because I am facing temporary hardships. Inspite of everything, I can honestly say I never feel embarrassed when I have to apply for a loan at this location because of the warm atmosphere. As has been noted, the Westchester PLS Loan Store provides great customer service with very warm smiles. I have two suggestions :) use this location for training other customer service reps and I "Hope and Pray" that the Corporate Office reward these very very hard working young ladies with a nice monetary incentive for their hard work and dedication.
