Where do I begin? I’ve called customer service numerous times and they can’t find my loan based off my loan number, SSN, and home address. They missed paying my property taxes even though I received email confirmation that my taxes would be paid on time (in August) and I have still been fighting with getting in touch with someone for this issue (currently January). I have 3-5 different replies that all contradict themselves on what the final answer would be. Thank goodness I already refinanced within 8 months, just to get away from this company.

Buyer beware! Just did a refi through these jokers. They charge excessive fees for the "privilege" of paying your own mortgage. IF you want to pay your mortgage online they expect you to pay an extra $20 per month. Thats $7000 additional over the life of a 30 year mortgage. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. There only advice is " you can mail in a check for free, but we don't recommend that because if it gets delayed in the mail we'll charge you a late fee". There's plenty of mortgage lenders out there, skip this one. PS. I'm a real estate agent

Horrible! This company has tried to scam me out of my home because when I bought the home it had an instant $50k equity. Had to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy just to get them to work with me. Wish my mortgage had never been sold to them.

Lender is Amazing. Customer Service has been awesome. Got my mortgage closed in less than 45 days!!!! Highly recommended!!

Horrendous. We were sold to them after being with chase bank. Customer service is horrendous.

They purchased my mortgage within a month of me purchasing my home and didn't even input me into there system. I've been with them for 8 months and they still can't find me in their system whenever I call to ask a question about my mortgage. Not even with the last 4 of my social. It usually takes 2-3 days to get an appropriate response. Recently I had to send in a document to a provided email and a full week later I called to ask of it. They didn't receive it, sent me a slightly different email and I received no response as I was supposed to after resending it. I just refinanced to get away from this company. After reading the other reviews, I would STRONGLY advise you to stay away from them.

First time home buyer that received a construction loan through plaza - let’s just say I would NEVER recommend someone taking out a construction loan through this company. Absolute worst communication I have ever had to deal with. You can never get in touch with anyone due to how disorganized this place is. Delayed the job over 4 months dealing with trying to get draws because no one ever responds to you and then will send a letter 3 weeks later requesting random things befor you can get the money which you are already paying on. Wish I could give them zero stars and can’t wait to be done with this horrible company.

this Bank if rude ,disrespectful,they have reunion-ed my credit and my life and all they have to say is sorry. I called to make a payment it was not withdrawn I called to ask and was told by their rep that it will be done . called today asking why it hasn't been done and they said that is not always the case . the rep was rude ,disrespectful,degrading ,humiliating. she said oh SORRY that info was an error. I said to her If I could say sorry and she said " its your responsibility to pay you house payment". which means its OKAY for Plaza bank to give wrong info and lie to customers to ruin their lives. its okay for them to give wrong information when you are relying on every word they say. they do it on purpose to damage your credit ,to take away your home. the worst Bank Ever,RUDE ,disrespectful ,abnocious,staff members which the BANK allows them mistreat their customers.

Poor customer service, they treat you like they are doing you a favor. Customer service douted I experienced technical problems and made me feel demeened. Please read the comment Balunieleb made below. I experienced the same situation.
