The dealer named Ron helped me out a lot and gave me some very good advice on a 2016 jeep wangler!! And thanks to him I’m now a proud owner of a very nice jeep!! They were very talkative asking questions making sure were fit to own the vehicle. Narrowed down the prices as much as they could to our ability. So we where looking for a great used car the last few days. We decided to stop by Plattners in Lehigh and check out there inventory. Jorge and Tom where beyond helpful. We came in with an offer and they where able to crunch the numbers and get me into the car I wanted. I would recommend coming here first before going to the major dealerships in town.

I went in Friday late at night and I was able to leave with a car the next day. I didn’t even have to do anything they handled all the paper work. Chuck and Thomas are really amazing people. I didn’t even feel like I was at a dealership. I hate going to dealerships but this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Amazing people and great prices.

Went to this place with my mom after looking at different cars online and I wasn’t disappointed. The salesman, Chuck, got me into the perfect car! The finance guy got us a way better interest rate and payment plan than we had expected. Gene, the sales manager, was also very helpful when it came to filling out paperwork.

Biggest waste of time and energy. Lie to you about pricing when online they have different prices but they try to make you pay more than what the advertising is is online and then say “ran the wrong vin number”. Take your business elsewhere and save money

Went to check out a vehicle we saw online. The staff was very honest when we told them our family size and budget. Never felt pressured to buy a car or that we were wasting their time. I get social anxiety so I appreciated that. Maria worked with us to find a car that we felt best fit our needs. If you’re looking for a full size truck, check them out as they had a lot full of high quality vehicles at very competitive pricing.

The customer service was great Tom was very helpful in getting me financing with some great ideas. My only suggestion to others is make sure you do a test drive and check out all the mechanical. The car itself is great but A-day later I come to find out that the AC only blows hot air not cooling at all.

I bought a car Memorial Day from this lot , and immediately after buying the car was not running right , the ac went out , I took it to a shop and they barely were able to look at my car and they could literally take the lug nut off the wheel of my car with one twist . I’m a single parent and I just can’t believe they’d sell me such a messed up vehicle. Today the car actually DIED on me in the road power steering off had to push it the rest of the way home , with the kid in the car , thank god I wasn’t too far . AND the car was so dirty when I drove it off the lot. Correct me if I’m wrong but dealerships clean the car before they hand it off . I DO NOT recommend this place if you’re looking for quality or at the very least a car that runs and lasts more than 3 weeks .

Best buying experience I have ever had. Jeffery was extremely friendly, polite, and an all around good guy. We calles this morning about the car we ended up purchasing and Jeffery was able to find a price that we were all happy with. There was another buyer for the car who was disgruntled because we we're buying it instead of him. The other guy was even offering $300 more but Jeffery stuck to his word on the price he gave us over the phone. Wonderful service, wonderful workers, and wonderful cars. I will be recommending this place to all of my family and friends. 2 of which are currently in the market for a new vehicles.

Do your research on there website. 10 locations so make sure what u want to look at is their. Prices are firm on the website but don't forget Uncle Sam and others. Then after a price, ask for a little less. Don't be crazy on that. Good people work here at the Lehigh stop and go there nowing what u want and it might work out. Lots of dealers out there put during my time here it was very pleasant. Plus remember, plan 1 to 3 hours. Remember if u finance that guy is working towards find YOU the best deal.

Excellent experience! I traveled over an hour from Sarasota to this dealership and met With Dave initially about upgrading my van. He and Cynthia were just great about everything. They made this experience a pleasure. I’m also grateful to Jose who made sure everything was to my satisfaction and also explained how some of the options had changed from my older van. When I need another vehicle I’ll absolutely make the drive again!

I called in and spoke to Maria Llorca who helped me get a small SUV from a different Plattner dealership 1.5 hours away. She was very welcoming and polite. I was able to test drive the car and fully examine the exterior and interior no problems, very helpful sales person. While we worked out a deal, she did what she could to help me out, and get me to a manager named Derek who helped get me to a price I could manage with my budget. I took my trade in looking for a deal and these two individuals helped me get there. Overall, I am very happy with the value of the car and service the dealership was able to offer me.
