Vehicle was as described and problem free (checked by mechanic). Price was below blue book, service was friendly and pressure free. The sales tax at this location was almost 2% lower than other dealerships in King county, which when you're talking about a vehicle purchase saves you a ton of money. Would definitely purchase here again.

Friendly, direct to the point staff. Not pushy but helpful. Contacted numerous dealers to sell my car and Platinum paid the most, respected my time by not beating around the bush, and got me on my way within 15 minutes. Went in to look at three of the vehicles listed. Robert was knowledgeable, but Elias was the MVP. With the small lot, he moved vehicles so that we could test drive to our heart's content. We ended up buying and leaving with a vehicle that day. It really was a very pleasant experience thanks to those two.

They sold me a RAV4 knowing it had a bad catalytic converter and a full crack in the windshield washer reservoir. Not to mention the huge spider web in the windshield. All I asked was to knock $100 for the windshield and they awkwardly told the salesman in front of me to tell me “there are soooooo many people looking at it.” Eye roll. Do they really think we’ve never heard that one before? Jesus. Bad service.

I’ve seen an ad online for a car I was interested in for a long time. Went to the car lot there weren’t anyone to greet us. Went inside the business saw a few sales people who didn’t even acknowledge I was looking for someone to talk to about the car. Finally two of them came outside I had to wait 5 minutes for them to be done with their conversation. Then without introducing himself he said can I help you? I told him I was here to look at the car I saw online. He replied oh yeah that car sold last night. 4 days later the car is still posted online as I write this. Super unprofessional and rude! I would stay away from this place if you like decent customer service.

My experience with this car lot was amazing very stress free experience and very laid back! They were professional and courteous. The more than exceeded all my expectations. And didn’t try and force feed me a car. Hey are a consignment shop which means they help people sell their cars. The car I got was an Audi s4 very well taken car of low mileage and in very good condition. Look up Brian he was awesome and a good help!

Really kind staff and owner. The office was clean and even kind of fun that there was music playing. It felt laid back, in a good sort of way. We ended up buying a vehicle. The paperwork process was clear and easy. The salesman was knowledgeable and efficient. Overall it was a really quality experience.

I did not purchase a Vehicle from this company, but I did sell them a pressure washer pump on eBay. They purchased it on Feb 19 2022 and opened a return through eBay on March 8th stating it was defective. eBay automatically allows the return and it was sent back to me. Upon opening the return package I found out that they returned me their on junk pump and kept the pump I shipped them. I live in PA and they are on 24120 Snohomish road woodinville WA 98072. If I was closer I would drive there and give them a piece of my mind. I tried reaching out to them through eBay without any success or reply back from them. The point here is for people looking to purchase from them. If they are find ripping someone off for $99.99 pressure washer pump I can’t image what they will do on large dollar items like cars and trucks. Very unethical business obviously. Reading their reviews before I posted this I know what their reply will be. That there is other platinum companies out there and this review is not for them. Will that is fine if they do because Thats why I posted a picture of the shipping details and their old junk destroyed pump they returned to me. Lying company and thief’s. If you are looking for a vehicle run away from this company.

Honest previously owned car dealership! Robert (dealer) was a down to earth, chill salesman with professionalism and a no hassle/no hanggling required, attitude. I felt as if I was important and worth his time. I’ve had this car since early March and have experienced absolutely NO issues. They were honest and upfront about the few minor issues that needed to be fixed, that being a headlight bulb and a turn signal switch. I paid cash for the car and repaired both on my own with the help of YouTube because British cars are definitely unique. 😃 I seriously appreciate the honesty from this dealership after being screwed over by a Tacoma dealer and another dealer in Kirkland. Both sold me used cars with major issues hidden in quick repair jobs that cost me a fortune to repair. Thank you for selling me an excellent vehicle that’s not only reliable but also fun to drive! Everything works in the car and I was surprised that a 17 year old car could run so smoothly! Much appreciated for you honesty and professionalism above all else! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my experience was stellar. I had a horrible experience with a different dealership a few days prior and when I shared about it with friends and family I was told that it sounded pretty standard for car salesman/car dealership interactions. I was very glad that working with Platinum was nothing like that. I had called the day before to check that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and Brian said that it was. When I got there, the vehicle had been detailed, it was pulled to the front of the lot, and he greeted us at the door. The rest of the process was super quick and painless, no pressure whatsoever, and most importantly Brian was so so kind! He also recommended a local cafe for us to have lunch and that was great too. I could not recommend this dealership enough. Thank you!!

I had such a good experience with Platinum Autos, especially John who helped us out. We were looking to buy a car that was stick and also wanted to get it inspected but no one was able to drive it to inspection. John offered to take the car to inspection and back to the dealership, which just goes to show how they care about customers knowing what they're getting, and not trying to sell vehicles with prior issues. In this current used car market, John was also able to give us a very reasonable price, instead of raising it like other sellers would. Another reason to go to Platinum Auto. Would definitely recommend .

DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! RUN. Robert is not very helpful, nor friendly. He was on the phone with another customer basically the entire time I was there. He tried to sell me a Kia Sorento which was in “perfect condition” however after driving it for a day I found that there are MAJOR issues with the transmission. Do not buy a car from this dealership. 0/5 stars 🤮

I needed to sell my car and did not want to deal with posting it online and the back and forth of people contacting me and then flaking out, so I contacted Platinum Wholesale. Brian responded to my email quickly and I brought my car down that day. The owner looked over it and offered me more than what the Kelly Book was suggesting. It all went super quick ...30 minutes at the most! Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and very helpful. If you need to sell your car and don't want to deal with the hassle of selling it online, this is the way to go!

They had one of three of the same model I wanted in the area and they were the one willing to work with me most. Brian was very friendly and no pressure at all. I felt relaxed the whole time which was hugely different from all my previous stressful car buying experiences. He also willing to offer above KBB for my trade in which helped to seal the deal. The owner was friendly and down to earth, the car was super clean and in great condition. I didn't get the cheapest one or even the certified one but the best one! I will recommend others to try them.

Best buying experience I have ever had at a dealer. Found a 2014 with low miles. Brian let us take it to the dealer to get checked out. Even the dealer was impressed with the vehicle and low miles. Only said it would need tires within a year. Brian took off an extra $200 for tires. Low pressure sales. Brian held the car for us for a week with a low deposit even though he had others interested in it. Honest dealer!

Great experience working with these guys! We were looking for good used 3/4 ton GM pickup or SUV at a decent price. Platinum came thru with a great truck at a good price. Brian put together a nice deal for us and gave us a very fair price on our trade in. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good price on a used vehicle.
