I am writing this based on first hand knowledge with Bobby (Robert) Darvish. And Bobby Darvish showed to be that "financial gem". Home is the biggest asset someone buys. The terms of the loans often go for 30 years. So it’s a lifetime. Of course we do have construction loans or bridge loans that are shorter in terms, but most of us fall under the 30 year loan category. Because, the biggest assets of someone’s life for 30 year would be under a loan, we have to keep dealing with that loan in the hands of a very knowledgeable loan officer who cares and attends to our needs. Someone who can close loans and be in the front line. Someone who can constantly work so we can be safe when dealing in the transactions. And that is why I recommend Bobby (Robert) Darvish.
