As a realtor, I have worked with various loan companies and officers. Beatrice is in a class by herself for her thoroughness in getting a client approved and ready to take the next step of finding a home. With my last client, we closed 16 days early due to her early preparation of the paperwork. My clients were first time buyers and she made them feel completely comfortable with the whole process. I normally give my clients a couple of loan companies to consult, but Beatrice will be my first recommendation in the future.

When refinancing our home and an investment property it took much longer than we were told and some of the paperwork was incorrect causing us to have to pay additional amounts after closing to cover our insurance for the year. They used outdated information when processing one of our loans but used updated information on the other even though all of the information was provided in the same email and they confirmed receipt of the information. The manager sent a very short email and said he was busy traveling when I contacted him about the issues. I would not recommend them.

Just did a refinance with them. We had our first loan with them and worked with Gene Jr. He was great! I saw rates were lower and emailed Gene.
