    We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Platinum Auto available to do some Napa warranty work for us. We then realized we also found a very professional well run auto shop. They replaced a radiator for us in our Mercury Moutaineer. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did for us. And a very friend staff as well. Thankyou Platinum.

    I lived in Western Mass the last several years and would plan my visits to my parents on the Cape around taking my Subaru to Platinum. When I moved to Utah this summer, I brought the car here to prep for the cross-country drive. The Platinum crew is great in every aspect and many on staff have ties to Cape Tech as well. Everything from the work quality, customer service, honesty and the like all kept me coming back even though I lived on the other side of MA. The multi-point inspection is as thorough as I’ve ever seen. I hope to find a shop in Salt Lake City that can match how great Platinum is. -RG

    Platinum Auto was amazing! We brought in our Jeep Wrangler for a general repair and maintenance check. They were extremely thorough and it was much appreciated. The Jeep is running amazing; the results speak for themselves! The car has not driven this good in a long time. They offer an array of services, and all of the prices are competitive and comparable to other vendors in the area. The booking process was simple and they got me in within the week I scheduled. The drop off and pick up process was straightforward and professional. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I look forward to returning in the future, in addition to recommending him to my friends and family. Highly recommend!

    We were very disappointed in Platinum's Service. Our jeep was running very rough so we brought it in for service. We spent about $1,000 and problem was not fixed. We brought it back and was told the problem still needs to be diagnosed so we dropped it off again. They kept the car about a week, we finally called and they told us they are have staffing issues and their technicians that were available are not qualified to diagnose the problem any further, we will have to wait for a technician that is. So I went and picked the car up, they told me it will have to come back for further diagnosing but charged me over $200.00 for the diagnosing that they did even though they have not figured it out yet nor have the qualified staff to dig in further. At this point I have lost all confidence in Platinum and will have to bring it to Jeep Dealership. The disappointing part is that they never apologized for any inconvenience or willing to compensate me for my $ spent without any resolution. Very poor customer service.

    Good morning Edward and Sandra. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your recent visit with us. We always strive to ensure our customers have an excellent experience with us. To recap your visit- we initially saw the Jeep back on June 23 when it was brought in for a check engine light by Sandra. According to our internal notes- our service department was told by Sandra the vehicle was taken to an Auto Zone where they scanned the vehicle and said the Jeep needed spark plugs. As discussed, our service advisor forewarned that counter people at parts stores main duties are to sell parts, they are not technicians. We don’t like to install parts without performing our own diagnostics to ensure the problem will be resolved. Sandra declined wanting one of our technicians to diagnose the concern and requested we installed spark plugs with full warning it may not resolve the reason the check engine light was on- and that appears to be what happened. Against our better judgment, we went ahead with the requested repair, even though repairs without diagnostics is something we strongly advice against, for the customers protection and our own. Primarily for situations such as this. The vehicle was then brought back to us almost two months and over 1,000 miles later, on August 16th for the check engine light being on again, with several diagnostic codes (We can’t compare which codes were there from the June visit because diagnostics were declined at that time) causing it not to pass state inspection. The state inspection had been expired for a year and a half, (since March 2020) before making its way to us, which makes us think this has been a problem for a long period of time, therefore a diagnosis was needed for the issues it was having. We apologize a technician was not available to dig further into your issue when it was in on August 16th. We have several ASE Master Certified Technicians that were prescheduled with work and on vacation that day. We don’t assign jobs to our technicians who have less experience in diagnostics.     I received a thorough review of my truck w color coded analysis - red, yellow, and green. I received quotes for the work. I called a local dealer for their prices. I also researched the internet and Platinum beat them all. I spread the work over two visits. Add the professionalism of Kyle and Tonia and all my car services were well covered. I’m am now a loyal customer and highly recommend Platinum to all. Your car will be in great hands.

    At the furthest point of our trip from Wisconsin we heard a noise coming from the tire area of our car and realized we needed a new wheel bearing 1000+ miles from home and mere days before we were supposed to leave. Platinum got the car perfectly fixed up within a day and even got us to and from where we were staying, all while maintaining excellent Covid safety protocol. Thank you so much for saving our ambitious trip and would 10/10 recommend.

    I have been a Platinum customer for many years. The Staff is always friendly and the work is top shelf. During my last visit, they did the standard Oil/Filter/Lube... rotated tires and checked pressures. Also, they inspected my brakes and pads... everything was good. There is never any pressure. I really appreciate how they keep me informed about things that may need work in the future. Peace of mind...thanks Platinum.

    Brakes were worn away requiring complete overhaul. Their professionalism and total service of the vehicle as needed is indicative of a service provider whose priority is earning customers "for Life", and not just for a one time repair.     I had a brake problem with my Honda Fit and was scheduled for service promptly. The problem was resolved and at a reasonable cost. Staff was very personable and helpful. I like the multi-point inspections system and receiving the easy to understand results by text message. All this was done with a very good procedure in place to protect employees and customers during this covid era. All bases covered, excellent service and I hope to make Platinum my primary service option going forward into the future.

    I was on a multi week car trip and was on Cape Code when my electronic parking break froze in the locked position. The car could not be driven. 2 Jeep dealers and a Ford dealer were so backed up they would not schedule me, but the Ford service people said go to Platinum Auto Service. So glad I did. I had the car towed and Platinum kept me informed, they were very good at diagnosing the electric component issue and we discussed the best option for getting me back on the road safely. I was impressed with their thoroughness and keeping me informed throughout. Special thanks to Kyle who coordinated and to the mechanics.

    I understand that it is busy during the holidays BUT they could have at least ordered our part when they told us what we needed and the price of the part. We dropped out car off and it took them a week to tell us that they were gonna order the part. Platinum called and told us that they would return our car within a week of having our car but they did not even start to order the part until then. Now they tell us it will take another week to fix.

    I've been getting my cars repaired for over the last twenty years. The experience I had with Platinum Auto was without a doubt the best i've ever had. First they worked with me to make an appointment so I could get my car back early enough to get my son from school. When I dropped my car off they dropped me back off at home. I eventually got a text message that told me everything they checked on my car with notes from the mechanic. They came back and picked me up knowing it was almost time for me to get my son from school. When we got to the shop I paid for what was done. They asked if I was a AAA member which saved me money. The final cost was very reasonable. I went outside with the tech to see if we could hear the noise I was hearing prior to me dropping it off with them. I could no longer hear it meaning they took care of the situation. This was a 10 out of 10 experience! They definitely earned my business moving forward.

    We absolutely love them at Platinum Auto. They make us feel so comfortable and we know exactly what they are doing to our Jeep and what the cost will be up front.     Very courteous and professional. Offered valet service to/from shop since needed to leave vehicle for 4 days and over the weekend but work was excellent. Just be sure to get estimate of time frame for service if you only have access to the vehicle being serviced. Maybe get a “loaner” vehicle. Highly recommend!! Oh, and I drove my 2005 Toyota Prius from Cape Cod to Fabulous FLORIDA Keys with no issues! Thx guys!!

    We asked that they check out my brakes. As I was hearing a noise. But all good. Thank You I feel better knowing that my brakes are ok. Got my oil change. So good to go! We found this place when I got my wrangler checked out. Plus they helped me gets some fun parts too. Love the honesty and friendly business.     Platinum is the only place I bring my car to get repaired! The staff are so friendly and helpful and never pressure you into getting work done that isn't essential. I love the inspection report that gets sent out via text / email -- it is so detailed and provides great insight into your vehicle's health, it even included a photo of my car. Their shuttle service is so helpful too, I never have to bother friends or family to give me a ride when my car is getting repaired. 5 stars!!

    Great experience at Platinum Auto. They did a thorough multi-point inspection of my TJ and provided me with a detailed list of the work needed to be done ranked by urgent issues, non-urgent issues, and items that passed their inspection. I needed exhaust system repairs, u-joints replaced, brake work, and several other problems resolved. Their professional staff came up with a work plan and everything was completed flawlessly. My '97 Jeep is running smoothly again. Highly recommend Platinum Auto.
