The customer service rep was wonderful. She walked me through the online process for my transaction step by step and was very patient! I really appreciated her help and her sunny disposition.

I have used them for the last 15 years and have had a reasonable return. It’s very difficult to figure out what the fees are. Agent has been helpful.

I did not know what to expect when I contacted PlanMember but I was pleasantly surprised. My call was answered quickly by a human and he was able to verify who I was and help me get my issue resolved.

I was having issues with receiving and printing certain documents. I phoned the Plan Member's service center. A young woman was most patient and helpful. She is both competent and pleasant. I am an 80 year old woman so I truly appreciated her attitude and support.

When we transferred our assets from PlanMember to Vanguard, the Vanguard representatives were appalled at how PlanMember was not following basic industry (and FINRA) standards. If you ever want to get your money back out from them, expect it to take a few extra months. They will do everything in their power to ignore requests and drag their feet. For all those people trying to get your money, don't hesitate to report them to FINRA, as that usually results in more prompt action. The user interface is atrocious.

I am an RA for a FA appointed with PlanMember. I have been employed with my FA for about 1 1/2 years. During my time here I have had to contact the PlanMember service team numerous times, I can strongly say that our service center team is one of the best and is very knowledgable (Kyle, Michael, James, AJ, Micha, Ben, ESPECIALLY JESSICA REYES. She never stops to amaze me! She is a true problem solver, anytime I find myself stuck in a situation she has always helped me and guided me through the problem. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and always has an answer to my question, or if I don’t know how to word my question properly she takes the time to listen so she can fully understand or how to help/guide me in the right direction. Jessica you are awesome!! PlanMember you truly have a list of valuable employees and Jessica Reyes is top of that list.

This company was terrible. They moved money without my permission. They botched almost every single transaction I ever made with them. The people in the call center are helpful, but that doesn’t make up for the incompetence. I also understand they just lost a class action lawsuit. They even made it difficult for me to leave after I finally had enough. Good bye, I won’t miss you. Returns were also meager. It’s the worst PMS a person can experience....

I couldn’t retrieve my password so I called Planmembee services. They answered the call promptly without much wait time. The customer service representative was helpful and willing to answer my questions about how to navigate through the website with patience. He made me feel comfortable. The process was easy.

PlanMember Financial has exceeded my expectations for a company that handles my retirement account. My advisor, Dave Meckstroth, is always willing to help out when I contact him. He returns my calls/emails promptly. Any time I have called to talk to a representative on the phone, they are very courteous and professional. They answer any questions I have and are very knowledgeable.
