The sale of my ranch was quite long, complicated and took many unexpected turns during escrow. There were split issues, appraisal issues and even lender issues. This team faced it all for us. The entire staff was kind and understanding and Mandi Perkins was top notch with guiding us through the process, returning phone calls quickly and even working late to get it done. I couldn't have asked for better service or more compassion than what I received. Pioneer Title was a dream to work with. We live over fifteen hundred miles from the property we sold and what could have been a confusing nightmare was as easy as pie. Pioneer saved us hundreds of dollars by allowing us to sell our land FYSBO and save on realtor costs by simply going through their title company.
