This is an edited review. The group received one star from me which was well deserved at the time. However, on their own accord, they self adjusted and showed their true professional ability. For this i am very grateful. As a result of their own actions I have changed my position. For those who might be able to see what i previously wrote the moral of this story is you can start off on the wrong foot and continue to be out of step, oblivious to your actions and how it effects your client. OR, you can take in constructive criticism without becoming offenses and do a quick change step, placing yourself in perfect step with the process and meeting the expectations of your customer. This title office did just that. They listened. They adjusted. and they followed through. We appreciate the fact they did. Thank you.
