Pioneer Federal Credit Union E Fairview Ave, Meridian

I went in tonight about 15 minutes to closing due to traffic and Victor remained a bit later to help our company get our payroll checks taken care of. I couldn’t be more happier with the Meridian Branch than I am now. All the staff tonight were very accommodating, courteous and friendly. My new go to branch for my company.

These people are very friendly and great to work with Julie and Malyssa were the ones helping me and got all my questions answered and great to work with if your not banking with them then you need to switch they are a great company and friendly staff

I came into Pioneer Federal during my lunch break and it was packed! My lunch break is only 30 minutes so I was trying to get in and out as fast as I could. I was Greeted by a teller named Jasmina, she was very friendly. I was inquiring about opening up a checking account, and Jasmina was able to answer all my questions in full detail. I left the branch feeling confident in the services they had to offer. Overall the branch and staff are very friendly and professional. I look forward to banking with a local credit union that really cares for their members and puts them first !

I have been using Pioneer Federal Credit Union ever since I opened my first bank account. I love this credit union. I love going to all the branches. The Meridian branch is clean, full of friendly faces, and very accommodating. Tiffany goes above and beyond to be helpful and get you the answers to any questions you may have.

I've been banking with Pioneer for a long time. My whole family has banked here since the early days in Mountain Home. I have never received such great service from any bank, or credit union. Pioneer has done right by my family and I, and have been supportive of many milestones. Great place to do business and they are true to their Idaho roots.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I never have experiences that make me want to leave reviews but the service I received was above and beyond! I walked in looking to deposit a check and they ended up saving me 10% interest on my car loan!! I am over the moon!! Sincerely, a customer who loves saving money. Thanks Pioneer Meridian!!!!

Well I know it was Friday and the place wasn't busy but by the time I realized I didn't have my debit card I was in the grocery store. And by than I saw on my phone I had a missed call from an unknown number. So naturally I didn't answer it because I was on the freeway. I wished I I could've gotten a text or another call. It was a good 20 minutes from the time I left the bank to receiving the missed call. Pioneer just recently took away their Saturday hours. Not only is it my birthday weekend but I had Bill's to take care of. Not happy at all with the lack of service. Don't know how a receipt was handed to me but not my card.

Pioneer is part of my credit unions sister branch and I always like to go to Shania she’s so helpful with my transactions. All the clerks are willing to help you even though I don’t bank with them!

We have always had great experiences with PFCU. Recently we worked with Tiffany S at the branch in Meridian and she was very helpful and efficient in meeting our needs. We are grateful we bank with Pioneer.

I had first gone through a dealership and the lowest rates they got me were pretty high so knowing I had my car through pioneer I decided to go to them and see what they could do for me. Crazy enough they cut the rate in half and I was so surprised, I was able to get the car I really wanted and they helped me through the whole process. Even with being around a holiday, Ruby did an amazing job and tried her hardest to get everything done as soon as she could. Very thankful for pioneer and for the help of Ruby through the whole process.

I use this branch all the time. Malyssa is always the young lady who helps me. She is truly awesome. She helped me navigate the different apps used, helped me with my accounts, etc. She has also helped with vehicle loans, and directed me to the right person for a house mortgage. I was able to get my mortgage with pioneer federal for a lower interest rate than other mortgage companies. I haven’t used any other branches because the staff here is so awesome!

We worked with Kristin and Cheyenne at the Mountain Home branch, and both worked hard to help us get the best deal on a car loan. Since we're buying the car in Meridian we had the opportunity to stop in and see Ruby. Ruby facilitated making sure we were able to finish up the car purchase in a very timely manner! All three ladies were amazing and wonderful to work with. Pioneer rocks!!!

Do you like fine wine and long walks on the beach? Well I will tell you what, Pioneer Credit Union is just as nice. The new management is great, the staff is pleasant, and the services are second to none! Highly recommended :)

Everytime I go into a pioneer branch or call PFCU they want to update my address. I always decline because my address is correct. I have a joint account with my husband on my account and I’m on his account as a joint person as well. Whenever he does updates to his personal account they always end up changing my mailing address on my account as well even though we ask them not too. It doesn’t seem like a big inconvenience but it is. This branch is the ONLY branch that has managed to not mess up my address when working on our accounts. The staff is friendly and the lady on the side Malyssa is always welcoming whenever I walk in.

I've honestly considered working here myself! Especially after working with Tiffany! She was so sweet and welcoming to me and was patient whenever I didn't understand something. Definitely will keep coming here in the future!
