Pioneer Federal Credit Union Main St, Gooding

Would have given 5 stars but they made me take my sunglasses OFF then I deposited 20000 dollars go figure.

I’ve been with pioneer federal credit union for more then 7 years and they are amazing. They had helped me with all my needs and always with a smile. They make you feel welcome every time you go in. All it takes is to give it a try and you won’t be disappointed

The staff is amazing! By far the best bank I have experienced and it's because of the staff. it keeps getting better banking there. Update, they used the wrong address on my account and started billing me $5 a month for wrong address and never notified me. Then decided to close the account without notice! Time to switch banks

I enjoy going into the Gooding Branch!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Pioneer is by far the best credit union!!!

We have banked with Pioneer for over 20 years personally and the past 4 years as a business. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've done business at other branches but the Gooding branch is hands down, the best one out there. The staff is amazing and I love that they remember me, even when I haven't been in in a few months (Thanks COVID). You girls rock it! Every day! Thank you!!

Pioneer Federal Credit Union is a great bank to open a checking/savings account, build credit or take out a loan. They have always been so helpful when I need any kind of way. I definitely recommend using them for all your financial needs.

The first time I visited this location was 10 years ago and even though I don't live here anymore this is the only branch I walk into when I visit my home town. I never had an issue with Pioneer Federal in general and by now know everything they offer, Stephanie just makes the experience so much more appealing. She is very polite and professional with a positive attitude about everything.

I’ve always gone with a credit union so when I moved here to Gooding from another state, Pioneer was the place to go!! I do all my banking through them and even got a car loan! Phoebe and Stephanie have been great to work with, easy to talk to and always willing help anyway they can!! Thank you!!

Gooding Pioneer Credit Union is the best. I live in King Hill and go to Mt. Home, Glenn’s Ferry. I always make sure I come to Gooding Phoebe, Stefanie are the best and always make sure your needs are met. Their customer service is amazing. They do not act like you are bothering them. Your main branch in Mt Home air base road is the worse. I think you need a remedial customer orientation on customer service. I own a business. You need friendly people to greet you when you walk in to branch. Not keep chit-chatting with each other. Thanks for requesting surveys. It will definitely help you keep customers happy. ❤️

The gooding branch has always made me feel very special and all of these young ladies, have always done everything possible to help me when I got in a jam of some kind. They all are always very happy to see their members come in and have a sincere big smile for us all and very patient with us and take their time with each one of us and it means so much when you don't feel you have to hurry in and out of the lobby they genuinely care for all of us and there is nothing fake about them. I'm Glade the gooding branch is my branch, and the three ladies- Phebe, Stephanie, and Katlyn are my tellers, as they always have my back and I'll always have there's!!. They deserve all good things to happen for them.
