    Very pleased with Gale. Called with some debit card issues. Not only did she resolve my issue, she took the time to explain why the issue happened, and steps I could take to prevent it in the future. She put me on to Pinpoint's app, Card Valet, which has been incredibly useful. She was very helpful, very friendly, and very professional. That being said, I am also extremely satisfied with the entire branch. I've only been with them for less than 2 years, but they are easily the best bank I have ever used. All of the staff are exceptional at their jobs. If you are thinking of switching banks, definitely give this branch a look. You won't be disappointed.

    I never leave reviews but this bank had a restriction on the weekend of Black Friday/Cyber Monday on Walmart. I went to purchase a high demand item and was lucky enough to get one before they sold out only to have my transaction blocked because of this restriction. By the time I was able to get another form of payment the item had sold out. This is not the first time I’ve had a transaction block with this bank on multiple websites and I’ve called almost every time to get this to stop and it has not. I also have not received any email or call telling me of any restrictions which would have allowed me to call them to get these removed before I tried to make a purchase from Walmart and therefore allowing me to make the purchase I was so close to making. Very frustrating and disappointing that this would happen on this weekend. I am now considering switching banks after 5+ years here

Please understand that fraud protection on our member's debit and/credit cards is also a high priority for us. The Walmart.com website and out of country transactions have a historically high level of fraud so there is always a restriction on these sites to protect you from having losses due to fraud. The Walmart app and in-store purchases do not contain the same high level of risk as the website, so they are not restricted in this manner. In the future, if you would like to make a purchase that has a higher level of risk, please reach out to our card services area prior to the transaction and we will help make this process smooth for you.     My husband and I worked with Courtney to secure a loan. She is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive to emails, fast with completion of documents, and made the process painless. Everything being done electronically felt safe and secure, as well. We've been banking here for a long time and she is truly a wonderful representative of her employer, career field, and town. She reinforces my belief that Pinpoint FCU is the best hometown bank.

    Friendly, always try to help, always rectify any problems I'm having. Some of their systems are a little older - debit cards still don't have chips and online banking app is still new - but getting better.

Our credit cards are already chip enabled and we plan to have contactless EMV/chip debit cards in our members' hands in the coming months.     I’ve been a member for about 15 years and I absolutely love this credit union. I just finished a loan with Courtney and it was such a pleasant experience. The girls in the branch helped me get started and Courtney and Diana worked to get my loan closed quickly. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier.

    The incompetence I've encountered at this bank is incredible. Once I loved the Credit Union. I've been a member since 1989 and have never had a problem until 2020. I can't even blame it on Covid. Took a year to get a loan finalized?! I talked with 3 diferent loan specialist who couldn't believe the incompetence of the previous specialist. Once the loan finally was established they started taking double payments out of my checking account. Anyone you want to talk to is always 'in a meeting' the people who do answer have no clue as to the job they are supposed to be doing. If it weren't such a hassle I'd move my money to another bank and dump this bank.

    I have always had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Pinpoint Federal Credit Union. Anytime I have a question, I receive a prompt response back. Brenda Raker has always been my go-to person at Pinpoint. I mentioned to her numerous times that I have a closer rapport with her as my banking person, other than my primary care physician.
