Pinnacle Title Company Metropolis Ave, Fort Myers

I would recommend the services of Pinnacle Title Company to anyone selling a home in the Ft Myers area. As Canadians, we were unfamiliar with the closing requirements in the US and and Susan McDaniel handled our file very efficiently. The situation was made more complicated by COVID-19, our closing was delayed, we had returned to Canada, and our buyer lived in Denver, but she followed up as needed and got the job done. This title company handled a recent transaction for me. I was not overly impressed but I gave them 2 stars. Trying to have phone calls returned is very, very difficult. I had to make several calls. It seemed if I called and "Michael" answered then there was a 75% chance of having my call returned. I also used another Title company and found them to be much better.

Susan McDaniel over at Pinnacle Title Co. was just Incredible! It’s so hard to find people who actually takes their profession with such pride, patience and kindness for their clients. I am a realtor in the states of Ct and Ma and have had several closings with several Atty’s but have not felt as comforted thru a transaction as I have been with the staff of Pinnacle and of course Susan. This company handled my recent closing and I am extremely frustrated with the tone that was set for the closing. At the end, my clients stated, "we asked what were simple questions and they didn't know the answers,." etc. Communication was the worst - big problems were a result.
