Pinnacle Bank Augusta Rd, Lavonia

I am going TODAY to close my account and my daughter's savings account. Pinnacle is my secondary bank, so I don't use it very often. I keep money in there so I can access it at a local bank in case I need it. Well, the last 3 times I've needed something, I could not access my accounts because of "security issues." Most recently, they marked my debit card as stolen because I didn't use it for 6 months and deactivated my online account because I didn't log in for 3 months. There is no one available evenings and weekends to help. I don't need a bank very often, but I expect access when I need it.

Excellent service except for indoors where they have FOX NEWS & CNN News beaming right in your face! If they had something neutral or better yet, no TV at all, that would be cool but politics which is what I see every time I walk in the bank is not expectable to me. Their excuse is to keep the people in line happy. I have never seen a line at this location.

As always friendly service found everything I needed

Went into the bank today to make a deposit but needed copies of the checks I was depositing for my records. Was told they wouldn't make copies cause it was illegal to makes copies of checks. Duh the bank makes a copy every week of my check when I deposit my check into my account on the back of my deposit slip. Boom closed my account. I hate being lied too.

Pinnacle of poor customer service. Call center will make you miserable trying to get simple information. I will be closing my account of over 15 years due to the incompetence and rudeness of the call center.
