Pinnacle Bank Parkway Blvd, Athens

I have been using Pinnacle Bank for several years, They are always helpful, pleasant and willing to help. It is the same at every branch. Both branches in Athens, Hartwell, and Braselton, same good service and smiling faces. I know there are many more branches, these are just the ones I’ve been to. Not to mention the Penny service centers are amazing and open late!. It must be a great place to work as employees are always smiling, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.

Best bank ever!!! The ladies are so sweet and nice and always willing to help you with any questions you might have. Especially the branch over at the Epps bridge road location.

I have been banking with Pinnacle Bank for many years. I am so glad that they have the Athen's locations now. I use the one on Epps Bridge Rd in West Athens. I like to use one person only when doing my banking business and feel blessed to have Tyler who is very courteous and professional and has a ton of patience which is well needed when dealing with me. Tyler helps me keep my bank accounts in order. I see a bright future in the banking business for Tyler. Pinnacle has that hometown feel which I was scared would be lost when they branched out of Elberton. Thank you Pinnacle for helping me with my banking needs all these years.

Took my friend to open a bank account and since he’s from Connecticut, they told him he needs a power bill for proof. We went to get the power bill and they said they need a lease form notarized so we came back the next day with that. They called the police on us and had us hand cuffed saying it was fraud for coming back to open a account with the documents they asked for and the police officer told the bank their was nothing suspicious about that. Then they have the nerve to say they don’t want us there anymore as if we wanted to still open a account with them. Worse experience ever.

This bank need lots of tax documents? Why ? Go other bank they don't need any documents. This bank 🏦 look like racist.i mean elborton somewhere main branch they need your tax documentation.

Kadie Rosser couldn’t have been nicer! Opened up a checking and savings account with her, and had a great conversation. She has an answer for every question we had (and has a great music taste). Great banking benefits and friendly staff.

Left another regional bank due to its poor service. Pinnacle was, and continues to be, an excellent choice. No more incorrect debits, antiquated online programs, screw-ups with check orders, etc. Pinnacle staff are personable, knowledgeable, and concerned with providing great customer service.
