Let me start off by saying I don’t actually have an account here, but, they are a sister credit union to my bank in a different state so this review is more about the staff and customer service rather than the credit unions practices as I have no knowledge of that. With all that being said I’ve only had great experiences here, the staff are friendly, they greet you as you walk in to acknowledge that you are there, and even when the A/C wasn’t working and it was hot inside they were still very pleasant to talk to. I’ve never waited for more than 5 minutes for any transaction. I’m always happy to do business here.

I'm a member of Unify Financial CU and have been for over 25 years. It's so nice to have a shared branch nearby. The people are friendly and the location is so convenient!

This credit union has served me for over a decade, and the staff all know me by first name. They even know my account number by heart. The ladies there are very friendly and have great senses of humor. I would recommend this credit union to everyone. My wife feels the same way.

I have always had a wonderful experience every time i have went into this bank. I think that that the customer service is fan-taboulous. Its clean and everyone that eorks there is so friendly, even in thier service. I wish they had a branch in mesa, hopefully in the future!💋💋💋💖💖💖

The people here are so friendly. They helped answer all my initial questions and made the process of transferring from one credit union to another seamless. Plus they checked in afterward to make sure I was content with everything.

I am not impressed. We have had a account with a credit union for over 30 years. We prefer the credit unions because they don't charge all those fees banks do and they give excellent service. We now live in Maricopa and wanted a local bank so we went in to open a account. Just about every other word that came out of her mouth was "fee" charge to OPEN A ACCOUNT never heard of such a thing. They charge to CASH A CHECK unless you put some money in the account. They charge for cashier checks, noittery and many other items. What is the incentive of not using a bank?. The young girl who opened the account did not know what she was doing and close to the end someone finally came over to help her but turned out she had to go back close to the beginning and start over. We talked and feel we may just keep all of our money in our current credit union but keep this for a local connection. We were not impressed.

I have had a completely different experience than most I guess. Tellers do not acknowledge you when you enter, you have to go up and ask for them to help you. Which causes them to develop an unfriendly attitude ( as if you are bothering them). I tried to call in with my question to try and get better treatment. To my dismay the girl on the phone had the same attitude as the tellers did. Sad because without patrons they would not even have a job to go to. If you don't want or care to be treated in a friendly professional manner, the rates are good on some loans.

Horrible staff, poor customer service and awful website design. Felicia did not assist with my issue even after addressing it far beforehand, which could of prevented this. Any other bank would be a superior option. Thanks for serving the people of Maricopa with your piss poor business structure.

They gave me a car loan with a awesome percentage rate! So glad I went to them!
