Horrible experience. Leah needs a major attitude adjustment. Pilger Title missed the second parcel of land for sale during our transaction (real estate agent left off contract but thankfully the appraisal person had it on their documents) Pilger was too busy pointing fingers at the real estate agent and the mortgage lender but in all honestly they were the Ines that messed up (Leah). We never got an apology. We noticed the second parcel was missing 11pm the night before our 10am closing, when our mortgage company called Leah (we were standing right there they had her on speaker) it was as if he was bothering her, she was short, rude, dismissive and not accommodating at all. She made Pilger Title look really bad. She then called us to come to our closing at 4pm, 530 and we were still waiting in the lobby. When I asked the secretary what’s going on, Leah came out with a huge attitude and said very snotty “you wanted to talk to me?” No we never said that but we do want to know on. She brushed off our question and walked away, she dismissed us and made us feel completely uncomfortable. Something clearly happened because John Pilger did our closing- Leah was hiding in the back WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. . But in the end- they still got their money, who cares about taking care of the client and being professional!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would! Osheena was very unprofessional and did not communicate with us on our closing paperwork. When I confronted her about numbers changing on our paperwork she laughed about the situation like it was some kinda joke. She also stated several times that she called my husband and we pulled phone records and had no call from her. All around liar and super unprofessional. Do not recommend Pilger Title in Ocean Springs.

Waited awhile but process was orderly and professionally done

Several business dealings with Pilger Title. Always professional, responsive, and punctual. I've recommended them to several friends, all of whom have thanked me after their dealings.

Why you should avoid Pilger closing company I had a simple purchase property in cash and I paid it all in a few days. After that long waiting. I had to request several times to send me my documentation what any normal closing company would send immediately after purchase. And every time was something missing. After 5 months property is not officially recorded in my name in the county. The last excuse was the mail was lost and they need to make new contract

I really needed timely help to fix a title to my 99 year old grandmother's house to get it back in her name. She was the victim of elderly abuse. In 2012 she quit-claimed her house away for $10 at the promise of being taken care of by her other grandson(who became mentally incompetent about 2 years ago.) and his girlfriend. Both abandoned her in her time of need for several months. I asked for help to get the title fixed. About $250 for title search, cash or check only. (price is reasonable, no problem there.) I live in Florida. No credit card accepted. Time is of the essence in this case. $350/hour thereafter for "curative work". That's expensive!!! I have mounds of evidence proving abuse by my brother's girlfriend who slandered me for years. My brother's middle name was totally wrong on the deed. Pilger Title could and should have helped me get this house back in my grandmother's name. Shame on y'all!

Absolutely the best! The closing was flawless and fast! Always nice to be welcomed in by a professional group that creates a hassle free, treat you like family atmosphere! Can’t wait to purchase another property and get the second to none Pilger experience again!! Thanks again!!!!

Closed on a house through Pilger Title, very challenging loan for some unknown reason (cough NavyFed, cough, cough). The staff went beyond the call to close the loan and get us into the house. Our hats of to Miss Leah, with much thanks.
