Buying a home is stressful in itself but to know that you have a team behind you that really cares about you and your family and making sure that you get into your home means the world. Ben Besosa and Ashley Houghton gave us hope when we thought all hope had been lost. They mean what they say and they say what they mean. If you’re buying a home Ben is your guy. If he can’t do it no one can.

They sell your Mortgage as soon as you close, big hassle all the time, adding extra people with bunch of new questions that are already on the questionnaire. Or asked by the last new person. Then when you get frustrated with the “extras” they threaten to dump you as a customer. It it weren’t so late in the process I would have dump him. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Sorry Ben but out of the 4 houses I’ve bought yours was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Jamie Hagan and his team were essential to making my first time home buying experience as easy as possible. Jamie made himself very accessible and was helpful in ensuring all of my questions were answered throughout the whole process.

It may be the "future", but that you'd go through the entire mortgage process and never meet your mortgage officer still feels odd to me. Some would say that removes the human element from the process and de-emphasizes the "personal touch". I'd say it actually encouraged prompt and efficient communication that provided the flexibility most need in our 24/7 world. Jamie Hagan and the PCMS team did an excellent job explaining all the parts of the process and accounting for every cent up and down. As first-time homebuyers we weren't sure if we'd ever actually be able to buy a home. PCMS made it happen for us.

Had a great experience as a first time home buyer working with Ben! I was purchasing a for sale by owner without the assistance of a real estate agent, and am so grateful to have had Ben on my side through the whole process. Every bump in the road or issue we ran into he was on it immediately, even spending many nights fighting for me to keep the settlement date we were aiming for and to make sure everything for my qualifications was in order. My review is for the experience I had with Fran Iannotta Loan Specialist NMLS# 349959 I originally went through lending tree to get rate offers and see my best options. I have a current credit score of 752 and a house that will most likely be appraised for over 1 million with a heloc loan of 208k. I was looking to pay off debt of approx 75k so I applied for a refi for 300k. Should be a no brainer loan, right? Initially Fran seemed helpful and friendly. We got to a point where he said I would need to pay for an appraiser to value my house and that would cost me $525. I asked if we could go through the loan process 1st before I shell out the $525 just to make sure all documents submitted look good with no red flags. Fair request in my opinion. This is where Fran and I went south. He chuckled a couple of times and told me it wasn't fair for him. What's not fair? I am not asking you to cover or front the cost, all I am asking is to look over my documents and give me a thumbs up or a simple "hey I can see we might run into issues with this document or whatever". If you cared about my concerns or purpose for this refi you would understand I am not trying to add more debt by paying $525 with a possible denial. I feel confident about getting approved but I just wanted my lender to hold my hand as this is a major financial/life event. I told Fran I didn't feel comfortable or confident with him and he immediately said "ok good luck paying higher rates elsewhere" and hung up. Very unprofessional. I would have probably thought it over and continued with the application since he already did a hard pull on my credit.

Pike Creek Mortgage was fabulous! My husband and I recently purchased our first home and Nick at Pike Creek came highly recommend from a family member. Nick made everything easy and took his time explaining the entire process of getting a mortgage. He was very fast to respond to us and even was kind enough to wish us well on the day of our settlement. Nick and everyone at Pike Creek was wonderful to work with. A month long process that got me no where. Started out well through email communication once application was done. Afterwards could not get in contact with loan officer Alex Savina through email or phone. Not sure if something personal was going on never found out what happen to him. Called main line was told they would reach out to him and find someone to get back with me heard nothing after a week. Called again and receptionist was surprised this was happening as she did forward info so ensured I would get a call from someone and I did get a call back from Fran lannotta only to be told they don’t do loans less than $200,000. Got a follow up email saying it wasn’t correct after double checking. Then I was told a Delaware housing program DSHA that they are listed on they don’t do that program. So, I emailed Fran a screenshot showing them listed as lender. I got a new email from two new people saying they do offer program do a new application. I asked if they could use Info from my credit being pulled from original application and I as told it was never ran. Emailed Alex directly in the beginning to have it pulled and he said he would and saw my credit was pulled. The window for me to apply credit wise is over now. Very confused since they have great reviews and rated top lender.

I reached out to inquire about a mortgage as a first time home buyer. The admin assistant got back to me quickly which was nice. She informed me she would send my info to a loan officer. After about a week I didn't hear anything back so I reached out again. The admin assistant then told me she was forwarding my info to a loan officer, thought she already did that but whatever, stuff happens. I said thanks and awaited a loan officer to reach out. It has now been 3 weeks with no contact. I will now look elsewhere. Such a disappointment too after reading all the great reviews. Oh well I guess.
