I cannot recommend Peter highly enough. His guidance, good humor, and professionalism are unparalleled. He is more than a mortgage broker, he is a finance partner. I bought a house after looking for almost a year during a global pandemic. In the beginning, there was very little inventory, and Peter helped me think through the possibility of buying something that needed a complete renovation. Then, the market got insanely hot and houses were selling for way more than asking price in only hours. I looked at so many houses. Peter was always there, ready to run the numbers. He is honestly one of the most responsive people I’ve ever worked with. Peter is also a person of integrity with a tremendous amount of expertise in his field. I felt comfortable with his recommendations because I knew he knows what he is doing, but also because he is so clearly an advocate for my best interests. There were bidding wars and lots of stress throughout this process. Peter was always there with some calm, realistic advice and kind words. I would not be in my beautiful new home without him.

Peter was an absolute expert and professional in our dealings. Any time of day, he was available for conversation to explain whatever document came our way throughout our first home purchase experience. He was able to find a creative financing structure that made perfect sense when jumbo loans were completely unavailable. He made sure it aligned with my quarterly income structure. He coordinated well with my realtor. He worked extremely hard at the end, when delays out of his control (Quicken) were stacked against our ability to close on time. I recommend PHC very highly for making a nerve-racking process as stress-less as possible.
