Would give ZERO stars if I could. My mortgage was sold to this company recently and their FEE structure is horrible. Read the fine print of their fees. They charge a $7.50 fee for online payment if you do not have Paperless Billing. This company should be reported to federal agency for excessive fees.

The entire corporate experience is awful. This is a trillion dollar company which is not aware of anything with regards to the mortgagee other then collecting mortgage and interest. There is no such thing as customer service with them. You can be on the phone trying to get a representative representative all day. By the time you do it's closing time for them.

This company is a fraud. You can never speak to anyone. They are running a scam on the side by billing you for hazard insurance coverage.
