I have been banking here for years and never had a problem til recently. Stopped in for info on a personal loan like I have before and always had a good experience. This time I was met at the door and told to leave my name and number and a loan officer would call me to set up and appointment. Here we are a week later and haven't been contacted. Took my business elsewhere

Online transfers are joke.. the only time you can transfer money online is when they are open. here it is 7:50 Friday at night with a flat tire needing money transferred from one account to another to get me a tire so I can go home won't happen until Monday the transfer thanks phenix-girard for the comfy night and sleeping in my car.. so if you need money transferred just go when they're open no difference than doing it online online banking a joke
