PFS Financial Services Approach Rd, Sarasota

I thought I'd be disappointed with PFS because of the high interest rate on my loan. I was offered to refinance a few years ago and I'm saving 5% interest now. I've only been to the branch in person once, but I had a pleasant experience while I was there. No one is ever rude, always welcoming and professional when I speak with them over the phone. And yes, they DO report to creditors. My history with PFS is marked as all on-time payments in the 4 years they've been my lienholder on both Transunion and Equifax. It looks like not everybody has had the same experience, but they're probably just mad that their credit sucks and this is the only place that would approve them with high interest.

WORST FINANCE COMPANY EVER!!! Beware they do not report to the creditors!! The run around is insane as they promise you they will start reporting after the system update is complete at the end of march 2018!! I financed a car in August of 2017 and theres not even an open loan showing on my credit report, nor the 4 positive payments ive made on the car!!! Refinancing through any credit union is next to impossible due to no positive payment history??? They have not one problem accepting monthly payment, but cant spend the money to report positively on you. This puts their customers in a financial strain, and its an absolute shame when they are doing the right thing making their payments on time and its not boosting their credit in any way?? Absolutly disgusted with the customer service, the lies, the run around, and broken promises!! Its stated in writing they report to the credit beaureas...i see a class action suit in their near future! READ BEFORE SIGNING FINAL DOCUMENTS!

They do NOT report to credit bureaus. I put 4,000 down on my car in March and have made early payments and there is STILL nothing on my credit report. When I call to ask about the issue, I am told "it is a known issue, working to get resolved". If you are working to rebuild your credit, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Paid off one loan and have another active loan with them. Yes they report to the creditors. Very professional and a great option for people rebuilding their credit.

I have tried to lower the interest rate by refinancing but they don’t offer that. However, every single time i have called with questions or to make a payment they are kind and professional with me.

I been struggling this year with the COVID-19 job not paying enough but the most I been is 2 month can't pay on time and this bank don't have feeling I'm only maybe 2,000 ish and this manger call me threatening me if I don't pay before 31 of December they will get my car but I will pay them and they never gonna get nothing or other business with me yeah I been late this month but not mean I'm not gonna pay I'm on the finals and for ever

From the begining of my loan it took almost a year before they started to report to the credit bueros and after having the loan paid off it has taken more than thirty days for them to report that it has been paid off. All of this bad reporting has hurt my credit more than it has helped.

This place is awesome we financed a jeep through them it took alittle time but it was well worth the wait. The manager Sidney and April are two of the kindness people my husband went down due to a hernia and then the hurricane hit there was no problem with our payment they helped us out tramemsly. They are always so kind on the phone I will keep using pfs for future financing. Thanks you guys

Horrible service. The staff misinforms you about things and then you get blamed for it and get told that you are being irrational. You say that you don’t trust them because they say one thing then do the opposite and you get told: “Think about what you are saying.” I can’t wait to finish this contract in July of next year and be done with them. Thank you for nothing.

Very good company..very polite staff..great customer service...they understand when an issue arises and they do what they can to help.
