Going in is a great. Rates are Best around! Banking is Best! Mostly lines go quick! Coin machine works! Buying a car is simple! BUT MORTGAGE SERVICE.......... Please Please Please know getting a mortgage here, It's a NIGHTMARE trying to get in touch with an actual human. When I call and they try to transfer me internally-they say they can't and I'm hung up on after waiting 20+ minutes TWICE, They have no phone # to call them directly. All you can do is request for an email to be sent to them and 🙏 pray hard that by the end of the day you called, they call you back. Otherwise they call within a few days and sometimes don't leave a phone number so the process begins again. When we went to sign the forms the gentleman wasn't able to explain to us what we were signing , we had to call another gentleman on Monday if we had questions.

Services overall are outstanding accounts & customer service (at least my local branch), But when it comes to the mortgage experience. I'm disappointed; mortgage loan officer Theresa Murrin only cared about what I had saved in my account. Theresa didn't even offer potential programs aside from the first-time homebuyer and first front door (that starts in March and that I had to include my paramour income WHICH IS NOT TRUE, especially if I'm the one applying for the loan) or other avenues of finances to help with the process of my first experience. I spoke on hypothetical numbers of what I was looking for; she could’ve done better offering more programs like “FHA loan” as listed on your website etc... or at least gave me other options like “although these are the numbers you were looking for, we might help with this amount instead.” instead, I felt belittled by her telling me 100,000 is what I'm looking at?? I had a better offer else were, with a more down-to-earth and welcoming process. Theresa seems disinterested in not helping me at all.

Been using this bank for years but they’re slowly getting cheaper and cheaper. We’re not going to talk about how rude everyone in the mortgage department is but the fact they charge you for a replacement debit card when the numbers are printed on the card and just wear off. Place definitely needs some work on customer service and priorities

FRAUDS! I will be filing a complaint against them. I went in last month to add my husband to my bank account and the lady that attended us decided to apply for a loan for us without our knowledge. I luckily fought to have the credit inquiry removed off my credit report. They refuse to remove the inquiry off of my husband’s credit report. I have spoken to so many so called managers and haven’t gotten anywhere. Beware they’re shady and conniving. I wish I could close my bank account. Might look into refinancing my vehicle because I do not want to deal with this bank any longer.

I needed a new card, and Michele Lehmann helped me kindly an efficiently. I took less than 15 minutes! If you want efficient kind service, seek her out.

I have been a member of several credit unions in the past. PFFCU is by far the best one out of them all. Very clear and concise online experience. Friendly and knowledgeable workers. Very accommodating to their customers needs. Easy access to mortgages, car loans, HELOC loans and savings accounts. Only have one credit union affiliation now, PFFCU. Thank You!

I was in a medically induced coma due to complications from Covid over the holidays. I was in the hospital from Dec 23rd until a week ago. After being released and returning home I learned that my account was over drawn while away, and that PFFCU had not only paid out money that was not in my account and penalized me for it, but also that they close my account, reported me to Chexsystems, and put a mark on my credit lowering my score... While I was in a COMA. I talked to corporate and their response was "well when you pay off the $371 you can open another account with us." Not in a million years would I give them a penny ever again. My advice, watch who you trust with your banking. Promises of helping people are quickly erased and instead replaced with malicious attacks to hinder you even further. Shame on you PFFCU.

customer service is hit or miss. I am not sure who I spoke to for the drive up service but the lady forgot to mute herself and started to complain about me to another worker. Then proceeded to unmute and give me attitude on something I wasn’t informed of. Could have just politely informed me. I have had many nice people before so it really is hit or miss depending on who you talk to.

Love this branch. Everyone is ways so friendly and helpful! Went in today to deposit money and there were about 8 people in front of me. Line moved quickly and smoothly. Stephen at the counter was very helpful and quickly took care of me and kept the line moving.

Dissatisfied! Requested a few days to make a car loan pmt. I explained I am unemployed due to the pandemic and a delay with benefit pmts. Member services stated ok, file would be marked. Less than 24 hrs later, pmt. was taken leaving me in more financial difficulties:(. This was my 58th out of 60 pmts and I am or thought I was a *** valued member.
