I'll echo what several other people have said. Prior to the merger, this place was alright. Now, I'm afraid to use my debit card because they constantly shut it off due to their system registering every single purchase I make as "fraud". I never know if my card will work when I'm shopping. It's embarrassing. I speak as someone who banked with them for almost two decades. Find someone better.

The staff at this location were very informative and helpful to my needs, any problem I had they were very kind to help.

The customer service at this bank was excellent. I opened a new account. The lady who helped me was very fast and efficient. She even delivered my documents to my work after she was done with them!

This credit union has done a wonderful job managing my services overall. Outstanding customer service and wonderful varied financing types for all of my needs. They were very gracious last year when I transitioned jobs and came up with special lending terms for me during that time. Establishments that don't care about there customers don't do that. Keep up the great work Sagelink !!

I have been a member since Flint Community Credit Union, nearly 17-18 years ago, my first "bank". I always get one on one service, instead of drive thru rush rush service like other banks.. Love their Fraud department and how quickly they call if they suspect anything. The Swartz Creek office is SO VERY accommodating everytime I'm there. I love this credit union!

Eric assisted me remotely with full focus on my needs establishing a more complex and involved membership/accounts. Although documents related to opening the accounts sat in the Pontiac USPS distribution center for over 15 days, Eric was diligent watching for their delivery and quickly completed the opening once received. His experience and professionalism was outstanding. PFCU has been a part of my family for over 50 years and never disappoints. The online banking platform is very user friendly and updated often with up to date options

Stellar customer service! I was making a quick stop at my local branch to cash a check, and decided to inquire about refinancing an existing auto loan since I was already there (I have a super busy schedule and don’t make it to the bank much). Eric Schneider was able to quickly answer my questions and give me a thorough understanding of the process. From there, we communicated via email and finished the rest of the process digitally— signatures and all! Everything was completed in less than a day and I love that I never had to physically return to the credit union. Been banking here for years but this great experience is definitely worth mentioning. They are VERY friendly and helpful. I got a first car, it was very thrilled to have my own car like independence❤️ I was loan the money. They know I have a bad credit, but at least someone signed as my co pay. So it’s give me a chance to get a opportunity to earn this benefits.

This was a good credit union at one time. Until they switched to that new system of teller on a screen. What happened to customer focus care!!! My husband & I switched to another credit union where you get better service.

This credit union drives me nuts! Our debit/ATM cards are constantly declined even when we have plenty of money in our account- card expiration read error, daily limits, etc. The tellers in the drive-through are ridiculously slow and there is absolutely no customer service after 6pm during the week and only a small window of time on Saturdays. So if there is a problem with your card outside of those times, you're screwed. Also... I love seeing the message "ATM being serviced, PLEASE WAIT" on ATM's... and ATM deposits are automatically held for 2 days! Thanks for crappy service Sagelink!
