Terrible service. Their online services hardly ever work. Trying to pay my loan online is a gamble. It usually won't work and, when you call to make a payment, they want $10 for a"convenience fee". I tried to close my account and they aren't open past 5 to speak with anyone. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Do not recommend.

Horrible customer service!!! Awful online service availability and online functions. After trying unsuccesfully to set up an online account and linking my regular bank to it to "easily" transfer payments, I was told that isn't always available. So I mailed in the payment and requested a payment booklet that they told me they would send. I never received the payment booklet. When calling to request a booklet again and asking for some information, I received terrible customer service. Wishing I would have known before getting a loan through them. Would not recommend banking or loans through them ever!

Great service untill covid 19.lots of fees for a frozen credit card.ten years and im closing my account.lost my job and these pepole dont care.lowell branch pepole are awsome.there other pepole not so much.

They were not easy to deal with after my car was totaled and dealing with the gap insurance. They actually were not willing to work well with myself and then after getting the payment finally they still made a negative remark to my credit score. I will NEVER deal with this branch ever again. Not friendly and horrible customer service. Might I add I’ve never had any negative issues with my credit ever until this credit union. And it was something out of my control. Stay away from this place you will be better off.

i constantly have issues with online banking and updating information....im to the point now where im just going to get another account for a different institute that has their ducks in a row.

Recently added too many bogus fees, they just lost a ten year customer. Don’t use these scammers. They’ll nickel and dime you, then lie about what the fee was for.
