I don’t know where to start. Petya and her team were SO wonderful throughout the home-buying process. We were completely lost, in over our heads, and so worried about the astronomical amount of money we were about to spend. Petya was honest with us and always took the time to explain things well. She would call us if we had any questions and was always super responsive. She made the process very smooth and quick. When it came time for paperwork she was super organized, quick, and always reminding us what she needed. She kept everyone on task and it went so smoothly. I cannot recommend her enough! We are so grateful that we were able to work with her and her team!

Couldn't recommend Petya more. She is extremely experienced, responsive and made the loan process seamless and fast. Petya had us work directly with her vs an assistant for all important matters.
