The reviews here are no-joke. I'm looking to add something that hasn't been said before, but the 100+ reviews below this are only going to reinforce what you've already read. I worked with Ryan @ Peterson Funding. First, he's truly the quickest to close. I don't know how he has this distinct advantage over other brokers, but he does. Believe me. We closed in 14 days (that's relatively unheard of). He was also very supportive in helping us generate offer letters before we finally landed on a home. He was thorough, and did a great job explaining everything. Next, the money- I had a few quotes, a good idea of what other players are going to charge me...Ryan's was better. It wasn't anything like "Oh, show me competing offers and we'll match, or beat.." Nope, none of that! His first options (right-out-of-the-gate) were miles ahead of others I had seen. Ryan moves fast, he's here to get you across the finish line as quick and painlessly as possible. Have a good idea of what you want to accomplish going in- then just let him deliver on that. Don't change it up; just set your goal and stay the course. He's very direct, but very transparent. These are must-have qualities when shopping for a mortgage. Would absolutely refinance with Peterson Funding again. Ryan and Billy were great to work with. I started working with Ryan a couple months back . It took me a little more time to get over all of the paperwork as my father was sick and I was spending as much time with him as I could in his last days. When I finally got over the needed files, Ryan let know that rates had climbed up and didn't really make sense for a refi at the time as my rate was already pretty low. About 1.5 months later, he reached back out and said rates had dropped back down. We hustled and from start to finish it only took 14 days to close. Very impressed with these guys and appreciated the personal care and touch they put into the process.

Update: We used Peterson Funding again this year. We refinanced our primary home again and also an investment property. Ryan and Heather processed both loans simultaneously without any hiccups. We were able to schedule both closings at the same sitting and start to finish had everything completed in just over 2 weeks. They always let us know exactly where we were in the process and were very kind and easy to work with. This makes 3 loans that we have done with Ryan and Peterson Funding and we would definitely use them again. Original: We had a great experience with Peterson Funding. I have done many investment and primary residence loans through Peterson, and have always had a good experience. Because they are getting you the best rates, they are rigorous in their review of both your financials and of lender options for you. They are courteous, professional, and prompt in all their dealings, and they have a great set of technologies to assist (website, e-document signing, etc.).

This was the quickest and easiest mortgage process I’ve ever been through (and I’ve done quite a few). Ryan made the process as painless as possible and was willing to answer all of our questions. We were able to do everything virtually which was nice not to have to take time to drive to and from an appointment. All the paperwork was done online as well.
