This place is absolutely the worst car dealership in the history of car dealerships. I’m convinced these people laugh at everyone who walks through the door. I bought a car last January. It took them 5 months to send me the money for my trade in. Next, they don’t even give you the key for your tires so if you have a flag you can’t even change your tire! I call a manager absolutely no help. He asks me if I looked in my car? Nah man, I just assumed I was screwed from the beginning. Last but not least, I finally got to put a new tire on the car and guess what? They discontinued the tire I had to put on it. So, I had to put 2 new tires on the car. This place is a scam and will do absolutely nothing to help you.

Great service when buying a car; worked with me as an out of state buyer. Picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. Would recommend 100%. They definitely priced their car too low relative to market value and I got a great deal after jumping on it the day it was posted.

BE careful and check everything they tell you. Their finance team told us that brake pads cost $4000 to replace, we fell for it and purchased the extended service, only to get home to find that they only cost $600. We don't normally post reviews but felt compelled to so nobody else fell for their marketing scams.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PETER PAN BMW Purchased a used car from Peter Pan BMW back in March and unfortunately had a terrible experience due to their lack of service and attention to detail - The review center dash mirror was improperly installed when purchased and the entire windshield needed to be replaced, Peter Pan charged me more than $1300 for the repair, despite being an issue before the car was purchased! - They missed several documents / services related to the cars registration (failed to get the car smogged, fill out paperwork) I received notices from the DMV about the registration and despite my follow up it still isn’t resolved. I have had to call them several times over the past three months to find out the status/see what the issue is only to find out it still hasn’t been resolved. Buyer beware, go elsewhere unless you want to deal with months long headache

I feel we were given fair pricing and honest answers to all of our questions, never felt like we were being sold, but rather accommodated in our effort to secure a car. The finance team was calm, friendly and casual rather than aggressively trying to up-sell. Good use of technology at the dealership also shows in the finance process with all paperwork delivered on a thumb drive, which makes is much more sense, and now has been loaded into one of my cloud accounts and not stuck in a drawer taking up room. There were no gimmicks or ‘let me see what my manager can do for you’ tricks during negotiation and this made the entire buying experience hassle free. The finance manager was a pleasure to work with and wasn’t too pushy about warranty or other add on packages (stark contrast to what I have experienced in other BMW dealerships in the Bay Area). I was in talks with client advisor Adam Locke to lease a new 2022 BMW 330e. We had a quick chat and I sent him the build code for which I was eager to place an order. However, I'm on student VISA and he was absolutely reluctant to place an order for me until I got an H1-B sponsorship letter. I got a sponsorship letter from my employer and had sent it to him for consideration to which he coldly replied "We cannot move forward". I tried contacting other salesperson but they were also reluctant in having further discussions. Never expected this from Peter Pan BMW :( Update : They reached out to me and I was able to get my application in again and get approved by BMW.

As a longtime Peter Pan customer since 1999 with Victor Hung, he always been serving me well and I have been buying from him ever since. Up front with great pricing and no marked-up MF like others. I just took deliver a 2022 X3 during this global chip shortage and he helped me secure a replacement just in time for my lease return. Not only the deal without the usual dealer markup but with slight discount while other dealers BMW or not all want to markup their pricing during this seller market. His assistant Chris also did a great job follow up with me on status of my order and to ensure my order process went smoothly. I have BMW dealerships closer home than Peter Pan but I still prefer to work with Victor at Peter Pen as well as Kenny Lew at their service department.

Purchased a car for our parents here, but they pull all the stereotypical car dealer tricks to get you to pay more and are willing to cuss you out. They tried to raise the price on us WHILE we were signing purchase papers. Had I not taken a picture of a sales agreement with the previous price, they would have continued bothering us with the higher price. Car was for my parents who speak English as a second language. As a native English speaker, I was able to navigate their shenanigans. Otherwise, I have no doubt they would have tried to take advantage of my parents. Would not recommend based on buying experience alone. I'm surprised BMW as a brand would allow their dealers to pull such acts with customers.

We checked every BMW dealership in the Bay Area and Sacramento and found that the deal at Peter Pan was by far much better than any other dealership.
