Very clean and organized pawn shop. Doesn't feel seedy. So far everyone has been very professional.

They offer very low pay for anything I mean like the pawn minimum minimum respect that 30% of what the eBay price your item is. That issue I had I walked in at 8:50 and they're supposed to be up until 9 and the manager on duty at the time told me hey man no more we're done very crude and rude.

Don’t go pawn your jewelry here , they kept 3 of my gold rings cause they did a mistake putting as purchase instead of pawn and we didn’t even realize till we got home when I checked the paper .On top of that they only gave me $115 for the 3 rings 18k , 14k and 10k which in total price all of them will be like 1,000 dollars . So I called them to find a way for them to help me but not even the manager did . They never wanted to change or fix the mistake on the system . So now they will keep my jewelry and sell them for a double price , Very disappointed . I will not recommend them at all . DO NOT BUY OR SELL OR PAWN HERE . Also they charge you a fee to get your own jewelry back when you use a credit card , I haven’t heard that in any other pawn before !!!

First time visiting this location for a Christmas present - Got the bargain of a lifetime !!!! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, they actually worked within my budget !!!!! Should have know about them earlier ….

Went to this place and I will be not able to make a good enough post to say how great the people and the service is from this place they basically made my family’s Christmas and my day I want to thank them again and suggest you check this place out if you ever need to be treated right

Tool thieves. Brought in a brand new Paslode nailer. Recieved a broken old nailer as a replacement. This was a blatant theft. I recommend going somewhere else.

I was love this place for long time , I bought a lot of staff from this store , I also pawned a lot of staff here . But 1 time I came and trying to Pown my phone, because I really need money , me ever don’t give me a good money . He gives to me just $100 for my phone , although in other stores , guys gives to me $250. I was trying to be very friendly and I really asked about $20-$50 more , but his answer was categorically- NO. I’m very unhappy , and I’ll be never come again .

I'm a pawn shop junkie and this is the most friendly one. It has a great movie selection, I come at least once a month looking and the employees make me laugh and are very helpful. And their prices aren't too high at all. Highly suggest if you need guitars, stereo systems, or beautiful jewelry. They have a wide selection.

I have been coming to This location since they were on griffin road! I have nothing but great things to say! The staff is polite and helpful. I have been a customer of this location; for the past few years. Such a professional and wonderful place to do business. Whether you're in desperate need of money; and unfortunately have to sell your items. Or, you're buying from this pawn shop. They treat you the exact same way; WITH RESPECT. I say that; because I have been in both positions with this pawn shop. They gave me the most for my used items. And, now that I am in a better position. I buy all of my gold a diamond jewelry from this pawn shop very often. The prices are best in town, and the quality if like new, and well kept. The staff are consistent. And, their mannerism is to perfection. Great people; and makes doing business with them a breeze. I see myself buying from them for years to come.

I buy music equipment weekly in the Tri-County area and was recommended to try this place out. They do have a couple of nice older grooveboxes and drum machines. I saw one in particular that caught my eye. I asked the "associate" about the lowest price and he proceeded to tell me that the price is negotiable and to make an offer. I then asked if he could plug it up so we can check it out and ensure that everything is in working condition prior to making an offer. The "associate" refused and says that we must come to an agreement on the offer first. How is someone supposed to make an offer on something that they're not sure if it works or not? Im sure the cords are right behind the counter and it would have taken less than 30 seconds to plug it in really quick to be checked. Then he tells me that "we don't just plug up stuff for no reason". So is a potential sale not the ultimate reason? The only reason why you're getting paid to stand around? I walked in with intentions on spending a fair amount on a good drum machine at this place but after this level of incompetence I will surely pass on "People's Pawn" forever and take my money elsewhere. Coming from someone who owns a business that deals directly with the public, that was one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever seen. That associate needs to be fired or atleast retrained. If that was my business and a stunt like this made me lose out on a multi hundred dollar sale he would have been on the other side of the door. Avoid this place at all costs. Check out Kings Pawn about a mile South of here. Went there immediately after and the customer service level was a night and day difference!

First time in this store I’m very impressed with the help I was getting from Ray great customer service and very helpful. Definitely will come back. A lot of variety of stuff for sale at a really great price.
