Good loan officers to deal with. But always new tellers here... Must be a big employee turn around for whatever reason. Most of the time when you get the new tellers they're not quite sure what they're doing and have to ask a higher up anyway. You guys need to pay your tellers more so that they stay and I don't have to wait for 20 minutes to do a simple transaction. On the rare occasion that you get a higher up in the first place everything goes great. Alyssa has to be one of the best customer service employees I've ever experienced, and I could tell that after about 5 minutes.

I have never had issues with Peoples until I moved to Poplar Bluff and had my new car loan done here. Told the loan officer almost a year later asking for another loan or add on to my current loan to fix my engine problem. He said he rather see a service ticket with the estamition of the repair and he would call me back once he got back from his lunch break. I have been wait since 11am for a call back even after getting the estamition. I rather recommend another other branch of Peoples than Poplar Bluff or Sterling bank. This is not how you handle your clients or customers. I used to work for a loan company, and I never let my customers worry about if they can get their cars fix and make it to work or not.

Great bank to do business with. All the loan people are friendly and great to wrk with. No doubt the best bank in BLUFF. Justin and Keith , or Mike and Steve are totally professional and help handle problems as fast as they occur.

I bank here & they only have one ATM throughout Poplar Bluff & it is located right here at the bank. 5 out of 10 times the ATM is out of cash & if you need cash after hours, you go to another facility & pay their banking fees to get cash & also have to pay People's banking fees for using another facility. So it's double the fees. Outrageous! They should keep their one & only ATM stocked with cash and or stop charging the ridiculous fees that they make us pay because they fail to do their job. Also get more ATM's throughout the town.

Excellent customer service, good for auto loans.

I just want to say I was having a really rough week. I’m a full time student that pays monthly to attend school. I have a full time job and so many bills weighing me down. I was really struggling this week and i was just about to give up. The worker Alyssa at this bank was so sweet and helped me out tremendously. She definitely did not have to help me but she did and I am so thankful for that. If it’s possible for her to get a raise, I think she deserves it.
