This bank is clean and the nicest people work here. Love going in and doing business with Piedmont branch.

Have never had a good experience with this bank. Closed my account today and WILL NOT be returning. Customer service means nothing to them.

After a nice discussion with the good people at the Bunker branch, it sounded like my father should easily be able to walk into the Piedmont branch and arrange for me to be able to pick up a little money for his share of our AT&T Family Plan bill at the Bunker branch. My father ended up leaving the Piedmont branch upset and embarrassed by a teller who would not try to help.

If I could they would get a zero. This bank is an absolute joke. Please do yourself a favor and bank ANYWHERE else.
