So I called peoples bank at least 3 times between August and October 1st and I traded my older car in fir something new on the 1st. The car lot called to get the payoff and I traded my old vehicle in. Today the bank calls and says they made an error, they put money from someone else's account onto mine on September 14th said that I owned them or it would be put on my credit report. How is that.

They are always really quick if possible and friendly. My husband hates dealing with banks but is fine doing our deposits with them.

Very poor service and racist people working. Clerk took 15 minutes for my deposit. I asked for box of pennies she told me she doesn't have an exces and my manager has the keys. I asked her if she can tell manager I want change. She sent message to manager and manager reply back to her saying, she's with a customer and I have to wait for half an hour. I never had problem with any other branch except this branch.
