People's United Bank Elm St, West Haven

Going to this one is horrible! They never smile, never greet you in a nice and professional manner. At one time they were very good when they had a nicer team of employees working there but they changed employees now not good. So I go to the Milford stop and shop people's and they are much more nicer and professional. Thank you.

No sure why people give this Store Bank low reviews they try there best to accomplish as much as a walk-in Branch I give them 5 stars because my Banking needs are always resolved before I leave.

Worst Customer Service! I asked my employee to get some change for the business and they refused to do it. They told her that she is not Authorize to get change lol that impossible

There's a specific woman at this bank whos honestly a c--t and should not work there. Will not return to this bank.

Waited for 20 minutes in line with one person in front of me . The guy was upset because they couldn't get him checks / terrible service . So I finally get a clerk and stand there for another 12minutes 25 seconds (I timed it because I was already mad) . I didn't even cash my check I didn't have the time to wait arround for Somone to verify my transaction . This bank was always a joke when it came to wait times . I just figured if your a busy location you should have more staff ...... but what do I know ? Not the tellers fault , she was alright , smiled and was polite . But this bank is terrible and actually it's the reason I and my coworkers bank at TD bank . Because they know how to cash checks . And staff for a normal day .

The worse bank, I’m surprise this institution is still open. The employees don’t know what they’re doing, including the manager. No respect at all. They profile you before you are attended to.

I'VE HAD BEEN WITH PEOPLES FOR 15 YRS AND AS SOON AS ONE LITTLE PROBLEM CAME UP THIS BANK STARTED CALLING ME AND THREATING ME ABOUT CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND ANY ACCOUNT MY NAME WAS ON. THERE ARE A FEW PEOPLE AT THIS PEOPLES BANK ALSO THAT WILL TRY TO HURT YOU MORE THEN HELP YOU... THAT IS RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY AFTER 15 YEARS OF ME, MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS BUSINESS BECAUSE OF MY RECOMMENDATIONS BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE A GOOD BANK YEARS AGO... THEN THE OTHER BRANCHES AND THE 1 800# DONT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AND YOU WILL GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER FOR THE SAME QUESTION FROM ALL..! NO STARS
