People's United Bank N Main St, Southington

So, i signed up in farmington for my account. Workers at farmington across the street from Tunxis seemed annoyed by my questions and would not help me with my online banking. Southington employees were more than happy to help. A month or so later i returned because i was supposed to have my account set up so i couldnt overdraft, and my phone was telling me i had funds-- when i only had funds because previous trasactions were still pending. Employees couldnt help me because that was an issue for a manager that had already left for the day. They were still so kind, as i was in tears and so overwhelmed. The next day The manager helped me so much, was so kind, and not judgemental at all. I really appreciate them, while i havent had great experiences with every branch, this one has given me over the top service. Great service, Great people, Great branch!!!!!

The recruiter that called me a few days ago to do a phone interview was rather rude and nosy ( he was getting to personal with questions. He made me uncomfortable and I ceased the interview. By far on of the worst phone interviews I ever had. ) so won't be working here.

Ever sense United bank merged I had worse customer service ever!

Southington People’s Bank at Center St, the employees don’t know anything. Simple things that the supposed to know they keep asking to the manager or supervisor. I ordered some checks, it took more than one month, because they got lost. Same thing with Bristol at Broad St. the Attention is so bad and useless. Never had this issues with Farmington Bank.

Worse service ive ever had. To cash a check drawn on them. 😡

The people make the difference here. The tellers are friendly and polite.
