Jason and Chris are so helpful and caring when working to set up personal banking arrangements. This is truly a place with a personal touch where the staff get to know you as an individual and work to find the right solutions for your needs. If you're local to the area, it's a no brainer over the megabanks where you're just a number to extract fees. Coffee in the lobby is excellent, and there's a solid lollipop collection for kids. Trivia questions are a fun touch. Walking distance from train station and water views from parking lot.

Although the bank itself may have some issues (it is possible), at the consumer level this branch has very friendly and helpful staff, and is in a nice location. I have been a People's customer for over 20 years.

Over the top service in a very good mystic location with ample parking. The employees at this branch are like family and are exceptional.

Customer service is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They usually have a local business with products displayed on a table, which I think is a nice touch, Convenient hours as well.
