They are genuinely willing to help small businesses. Sokhean Guay (Branch Manager) is awesome; she takes her time to help her customers and business owners even if they don't bank with them. I'm looking forward to having more business conversations with her in the future and working together.

Friendly and convenient since they are located right inside of Stop & Shop. They are quick but don't rush you. While your waiting they have trivia questions to ponder while standing in line.

When I was a teenager I used to bank through peoples bank and they gave my information out to a random person on the phone who had claimed to be me , let them open a loan in my name and wasn’t until the loan payments started getting taken out when I noticed what had happened , now a few years down the road I need the proof that this all happened to change my ssn and I’m being told this never happened, there was nothing ever in record for it, go else where

So bank doesnt open till 2 and the ATM is broken. When I talked to an employee of stio and shop in my EMS uniform about not being able to get my money they were so rude. Will never come here again. Let me know when I can her my money so I can switch banks.

Flexible hours but service is TERRIBLE!!!! I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself for my issue to be resolved, and even then it took a long time.
