Esther from Pen Trust Mortgage was fantastic. Our previous lender we had been working with for months couldn’t close the deal due to a road maintenance agreement using the VA Loan. Come “closing day” my husband and our two boys were homeless and extremely disappointed. We took our business to Esther based on our realtors recommendation.
