PENNYMAC W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas

I'm fairly neutral because PennyMac is my mortgage loan company and I haven't had any issues overall. However, they have been calling me on a daily basis for the past few months, I'm assuming to refinance my loan even though I told them I wasn't interested back in January. I've stopped answering their calls and have now blocked their number because it is absolutely ridiculous that I'm getting called everyday. The few times I have answered no one even talks so it's a waste of my time and energy to answer the call. I've resorted to directing them to voicemail and they never leave a message. Again, I've now blocked their number and reported as spam because I shouldn't be receiving these calls. Sad that my own mortgage company is blowing up my phone for no reason (my mortgage is paid on time every month so I know they're not calling about a delinquent payment).

My mortgage loan was sold to Penny Mac shortly after closing, however Penny Mac did not bother to transfer in my HOI information, so I had to spend several hours calling between my mortgage lender, Penny Mac, my title rep and my home owners insurance company, trying to sort out the mess, so that my home owners policy could get paid. To follow that up, two weeks later someone from Penny Mac had the nerve to call me at work to pitch me on a Refi. To make matters worse since they couldn't catch me on my direct line, they called my front office and had the office administrator transfer the call to me, while I was with a client. How desperate are they, that they have to call existing clients to offer Refi's at their office smh. I would be okay calling my cell (once or twice) but to seek out my office number, that's ridiculous.

Worse service I ever had I was told not to make Nov and December payments due to refinance I made the Nov payment they refunded it only call me dec 1 and ask where my November payment was told I refinanced they said well there busy didn't have time get urs done need payment and charged me late fee. Still waiting on refinance they said we hope it done by dec 15 or need make another payment so most likely gonna lose my house based on there inability to die what was promised to me another homeless vetran but on street by big business

Very professional and knowledgeable. The loan rates are very competitive and they will try to match market rates within reason. Will definitely recommend their service.

They did a great job with my refinance. They caught a mistake (that they had made) and shaved a point off of closing costs to make it right. Good overall service and an automated process through their portal made it simple to get everything done in a short amount of time.

Great positive experience with the PennyMac team! Process was clearly explained by my initial counselor and the rest of the team kept me informed regarding status of the loan application and if there's any issues I needed to resolve. Very impressed whit the overall professional approach of PennyMac.
