No stars is more appropriate. Worst bank ever. Had two people handling a home mortgage that's been in the process for almost a year and still isn"t completed. Called the branch manager Ryan and he was unwilling to help in any way at all.

Went to make a withdrawal. I stood there and watched as the teller sneezed into her hands literally five times in a row and then went on to handle my ID, cash and receipt without washing, sanitizing, or changing her gloves.

Never an issue with this bank or employees. A good community bank. Great customer service!

I opened an account with this bank in 2015. In the last 7 years I have never had an issue with the team at Bensalem. Any concerns I've had have been addressed quickly and any questions answered throughly. The customer service at this branch is top notch. Thank you to the Bensalem team for doing an amazing job and being so helpful and kind at every interaction! They have been my primary bank now for some time and continue to provide financial services (mortgage, loans, financial planning etc) with awesome customer service!

DO NOT GOTO THIS BANK. WORST BANK EVER. All they did was waste my time. They advertise 7 days to get a home mortage, its been 7 months and nothing but excuses. Now i have $5000 in fee's because the morgage has taken so long and am out the $500 for the home inspection that was supposed to be reinburst. Moved all my business and personal checking, savings accounts and merchant services from TD to them. Was told merchant fee's would be $15 a month, NOPE. Try $85. Called and smoke to the manager and he was unwilling to help me in any way. I will be calling the BBB and making a complaint. God forbid your mom pass away and you try to get a morgage from this bank only to have it sold out from under you because they are to incompitent to do thier job

Customer Service on the phone was very rude and unhelpful, the CS lady said she couldn't help me figure out where my direct deposit was even though it went through correctly in my other bank accounts, she said contact your employer and then hung up on me. I wish I had gotten her name but hopefully that conversation was recorded as they claim they do

Great community bank! Ryan and his team were quick, efficient, and thorough when we recently opened an account with the bank. The personal relationship in banking really matters. 5 stars!

I am very pleased with service. The branch mgr and customer service are excellent.
