Pendleton Pawn 2nd Ave, Cumberland

Absolutely the best pawn shop I have been to! Any time I'm in need of some extra cash I come here and I always get the amount I'm looking for. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Until recently! I went to pick up my last pawn I had. 60 for the item 20 for interest. 80 bucks. He tells me 100. I asked him why it was 100 he said it just was. I said well I figured 60 plus 20 equals 80. My ticket said 80! Needless to say I gave him my last 100. I wasnt going to leave my valuables with this company anymore. I was so pleased when I had found this place and now they've left a sour feeling in my stomach. I will not be back. So deeply disappointed.

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for help. Seriously, I left after a half an hour. I even yelled for help. Also, i get it's a pawn shop and people gotta make money, but damn, for the prices they're asking you could almost buy new with a warranty. I don't recommend.

The younger guy is a complete wreck, his father didn't beat him enough growing up. I live in Cumberland but have to drive out to rice lake if I want to pawnshop. Love his dad, that man has a heart of gold.

Normally I have a decent experience here. Straight forward, to the point and always gives me a fair pawn loan. I've been here multiple times. This experience however I was very displeased with. Normally I don't need my id to pick up as a copy is on file which is the same thing, I signed the waiver stating I "examined the item and agreed to it being in the same condition I pawned it" yadda yadda, something of that nature without receiving my items. Guy says $150? I agreed with the $150 cash in which he took. He then goes to get my items pulls them out and asks for id or something with my name on it. I left it in my truck parked behind the pawn shop quite a few feet back since pawn stuff is dealt with through the side door. Upon returning he was snotty asking if I understood why he did it and how I wouldn't want some random person picking up my items, even though I had the exact amount cash (which he already took!) And gave him my name also telling him it should have a few labels since I had repawned a time or two. I found it very unprofessional which is unfortunate given the guy I normally have dealt with has always been great.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fair pricing. Stores are clean and smell good. Easy to maneuver throughout stores. They have a plethora of items to browse and/or purchase. Check it out !!!!

This is a great pawn shop, very neat clean and organized. Fantastic people to deal with. Very friendly and have a good time when we go there.

Best pawn shop hands down everyone there more then fair, Ryan is always straight forward and extremely fair on his pricing stop in and check these guys out you wont be disappointed.
