They're friendly, but don't expect to get anywhere if you're low income, and bad credit. Your prior on time, never late, and paid off consolidated means absolutely zero They offered me another debt. It was rather laughable. Like thank you sir, would you like more debt? The point was to consolidate not go further into debt. I'm in Louisiana though so what else should I expect. Stay down peasant! I went in with the expectation of what I could pay. It was free money on the table for them. Sure not in one lump sum but over time. I know the prior credit union made their money. Unfortunately it back fired in hopes that this time because I had proven myself prior that this time I wouldn't be given a partial or laughable offer. I got the laughable but offer but I certainly wasn't going to accept that anymore than a partial. Ah well. You win some, you lose some. Try if you must. If you have money I'm sure you'll be shown the golden gates, but if you don't. You'll be shown crumbs and be a fool you might accept.

I have never had any problems with this credit union until today. I called today to try to get a problem resolved with my account. Whenever I finally got connected and spoke to somene, I explained the problem and was transferred to someone else. When the next person answered the call, I again thoroughly explained what issue that I needed to have resolved, and yet again, I was transferred to someone else. By the time I was transferred to the 4th person, I explained again what issue I needed resolved, and her reply was, "I will transfer you to the lady's voicemail so that she can help you." Who is the "lady" ?? Well, after all of that, I left a message, and never received a phone call from anyone to assist me. I guess on Fridays they don't feel obligated to serve the customers by returning their phone calls. Probably planning their weekend off instead. Not good customer service at all.

The service provide by Mrs Darian Bordelon and her team was very pleasant and professional. Thank you and should we have any interested people looking for financial business we will direct them to you.

Nice new building and technology of drive thru

Bank with a different establishment. If you go here, depending on how you "appear", they may not assist or acknowledge your presence, no matter how long you have been waiting in line. But will however skip you for the next person who "looks like them". They also will not return calls from negative experience. There are credit unions out there who actually care. This isn't one of them.

I was painfully mis-informed with my previous review and have edited this review appropriately due to my own accord: Only two drive through lanes at this massive location. Other; much smaller locations have four lanes and get backed up for quite some time, will be interesting to see what happens at this location in coming months with the closest other branch being closed on weekends now. For being on O'Neal lane this location is quite east to enter and exit. Less than one minute from the interstate and also a very beautiful property. Last but not least. Thank you Pelican for correcting me on the information I was wrong about. I've been banking here for years and have had only a few problems.

Ms. Payne went out of her way to help make sure i was making the right decision and completely understanding the load process. I really appreciate her kindness that was shown to me.

This place has excellent service but no inside service but may be in the near future.
